“First let me preface this by saying we got in just before a bus tour showed up. We were seated, asked what we wanted to drink and then given said drink and the waitress disappeared. Now again I think she was helping with the bus that came in but my mother and myself were ready to order for at least 10 mins before grabbing someone and asking where out waitress was. Someone came over and took our order. Then came back two minutes later and offered us the 2 for $25 promotion. Ok no problem. Then our appetizer came no problem. Then our food came out. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. While the staff was in chaos mode I could understand that they were all over. The staff were extremely friendly and apologetic but I could hear one of them complaining of missing staff being out and them being short. I understand that but shouldn’t be complaining on the floor opening about it. Also just sitting at the bar counting tips. If you were concerned about the issues then help out. Again, I know they were in chaos mode I understand but the manager should have a little bit harder on the extra staff hanging around. Again service was questionable, food was good (steak had some char on it and I loved it) and the staff were extremely friendly (especially I think her name was Mikaela I believe).“
