The aesthetic is clean, everyone was so friendly, the pictures on the wall represented the town in a way that was not tacky or gimmicky, the coffee is local and delicious! We got the dirty bird and the catfish and grits that our waitress recommended. She nailed it 10/10

“We placed a Togo order around 5:45 and were told our order would be ready at 6:20. We got there and they were SUPER BUSY. So we knew our ready would not be ready on time, but it was understandable! Our order was announced ready at 7:15! Well unfortunately was not taken correctly and one of our items was messed up. They quickly responded and told the kitchen to make our missing item! Well there were some issues with the kitchen and the OWNER went back in to the kitchen and remade the entire order. WOW, that is true customer service. She also gave us a $10 gift card for the inconvenience, which they were so busy so we were not upset with them. What a great place who cares about their customers! We can’t wait to come back! 100 stars for the owner! Everyone was SO NICE!“

“We recently moved to the area from StLouis and have been craving the fine dining we had available in quantity. This place foots the bill in service, food, and atmosphere. They should pay their chef double or triple, whatever it takes to keep them. Everything we had from salad through dessert was perfect in seasoning, quantity, and presentation. I don’t know of any gumbo I’ve had better than theirs. Save room for the white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. Nothing like it anywhere in the world. The wait staff is first rate in friendliness and service. Ask for Rylee if you are there on a Fri/Sat/Sun evening. She will take care of you!“

Basically get lunch and dinner for $10! the only plates i would recommend is Sweet & Sour Chicken, pork,shrimp; Lemon pepper & black pepper Chicken; General Tso Chicken, Sesame Chicken. Fried rice is always on point. Some plates are bad though. I ordered the Hot and Spicy pork and ended up with 2 pounds of onions and virtually tiny remnants of pork if hardly any. Stick to the poplar plates and you can't go wrong.“

Ordered eggs fried hard, (because I like real eggs and not powdered scrambled eggs), 2 pancakes, 2 pieces of bacon, and hash browns. Quick meal, and fill up for the morning.

Waitress always checked in with us.
