“It was my first time trying Saltine and we loved our experience.. The Marilyn Monroe cocktail was so delicious I got 2. We had the sampler of dozen oysters and they were buttery and fresh. I got the chicken Sandwich with a side of the goat cheese grits and it was so mouthwatering. My boyfriend got the ribeye and loved it. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was the cornbread skillet - we had high hopes. The flavor was good but it was on the dryer side and very crumbly. Overall we thought it was great and will definitely be going back to try more.“

“the gentlemen at the register and the ladies in the kitchen are super nice. I wanted some soul food and that's what I got. and it was so good. I also noticed the cleanliness around the back to the kitchen. me my daughter and her dad enjoyed the vibe too. lots of love in that place.“

“The cock of the walk has been around for probably 40 years or so and it was once the best fish in Mississippi! It went down hill a few years back but they have new management and I believe ownership and they have done a remarkable job! Kudos to the team! \nThe fish we had was awesome and the service was outstanding! We will be back when we are in town!“

We had a fabulous waiter who was quick and efficient, the food we ordered was DIVINE, our table was involved enough in the restaurant, but quiet enough to talk. It was amazing. “This is one of the most beautiful places to dine in Jackson. The food, drinks, atmosphere.... servers, bartenders.... absolutely everything is great. Expect a lovely upscale, yet laid-back environment. They are not expedient, but they are well worth the visit!!!“

“I’ve been here a few times. As long as it’s not packed out, the food and drinks come fast. Of course, more people longer wait times. Came for a bday brunch. I got salmon breakfast. It was cooked a lil too long for my liking but other than that I have no complaints! The music was nice, not too young of a vibe. The inside is clean and stuff is friendly.“
