“Like most other comments here, I too have passed by this place a lot and if I would’ve known that this place was such a gem I would’ve been here ages ago. I ordered Egg foo young (which wasn’t even on the menu) and the man said he would make it. No problem. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. We will be back!“

“I have been eating here since the late 1990's. The buffet was good and I miss it. The portions are large and the food is cooked to order. Even with the new management, the food is consistently excellent, They thoroughly cook everything and the sauces are not too salty. The staff are always friendly, like family. Recently retired, now there is time to drive anywhere to eat, but I always prefer what 5 Happiness offers.“

“This place is a little gem. The service was great even though they were busy.

My husband got the sweet and sour pork, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large portion. There was plenty of sauce on it, too!

I got a bowl of soup. The soup was exactly what I needed it to be. I'm fighting a sinus infection and just wanted something bland and hot. I got the chicken and rice soup. It was exactly what I needed! If you want something with more flavor, I recommend one of their many other options. I was served plenty of the crispy noodles to go on top. :)

We shared a large plate of steamed dumplings with sauce. They were so plump and so good! We also shared a 2 piece egg roll. The egg rolls are the star of the show. This is by far, hands down the best place to get egg rolls on the coast! Almost ordered some to take home! 😅

We will be back when we have work to do in the area. There is no buffet, but I'm telling you, their menu is robust, their prices are fair, and their portions are very nice. Well worth the sit down!“

“I find it very strange this buffet right on the Gulf Coast doesn't have the regular peel and eat shrimp. They have some cooked shrimp on the buffet line but it's always very hard to peel the shells off of them so almost not worth getting. Other than that it's your standard Chinese buffet restaurant.“
