“We usually order to take home, since we have a 3yr old boy, that tends to get bored/antsy easily.. I always get the same man on the phone to take our order, I can NOT tell you , how great he is with customer service, his attitude, and grace with the process , he is amazing! Food is always pretty great. And we always return. Great place to give a try if you're an out-of-towner!Kid-friendliness: They are always great with my kids when we do dine in and very patient.“
“I think this is the best Taco Bell location I have ever visited! Superior service and food at this location.My husband and I stopped on our way home from trip to Monroe and was looking for something open other than McD's. We found Taco Bell with cars in drive-through, so pulled in. We then noticed that there were customers inside and parked and went to eat inside. It was also nice to stop for restroom.We both ordered, and I got our drinks filled and found a table while he waited at the counter for our food. The young man that took our order was very cordial and struck up a conversation with my husband. He asked my husband how long we had been married. My husband told him, "longer than you have been alive." The guy laughed and said probably longer than my mother! My husband told him the year we got married and said his mother was 3 then. They talked about work, and the guy stated that all of the staff there had only been working there for 2 weeks!They kept the line moving through the drive-through, waited on inside customers with no wait time, got their orders out promptly, and also tidied up tables and floor areas when customers left. And yes, the restaurant was very neat, clean, and tidy!The best part was the food! We had recently picked up take-out at the location closest to our home. The food was stone cold when it got home and not put together very well. I ordered the Mexican Pizza Meal at both locations, and the food looked like it was from two different chains. The Natchez location had enough meat, lettuce, cheese to fill the Taco shells. The other one did not. Just 2, maybe 3 tablespoons worth of all Taco fillings inside with an inch or more of Taco shell standing up with nothing in between. The Mexican Pizza was the same way. Needless to say it did not fill me up. The Natchez location's meal was delicious and I left stuffed! I really enjoyed the Mexican Pizza and look forward to our next trip through Natchez! This time it will be a planned stop! Thank you guys for a great meal that reminded me of the old Taco Bell growing up! Keep up the good work; ya'll have a great team there!Parking: Plenty of parking here in a nice big lot.“
“Was a favorite but this last time was really bad. Waiter couldn't get order right nor did he know what came with what. Even the take out was wrong. Food was cold. Actually prices were about 2$ higher than printed on the menu. Not my favorite anymore. I hope they do “

“One of the best Mexican restaurants we have been to. Everyone was so friendly and the food came out quick and hot. They have absolutely the best salsa I have ever eaten at a Mexican restaurant. My husband ask for the homemade hot sauce and it was HOT and he loved it. I highly recommend giving it a try“
“Great first time at this relatively new Mexican restaurant. I’d say it’s the best Mexican I’ve had since living in the US.My wife and I had the Camarones Al Ajo and the Carnitas Plate - both delicious and reasonably priced recommendations from our waitress.Service was great and friendly. She also looked after our little boy with snacks. Highly recommend.“
“Had dinner with the wife tonight and it was amazing! The salsa hit perfectly. The perfect amount of spice to make you feel it without burning you up, not chunky and not liquid. Just right for Goldilocks. The chorizo queso was so good, it could have been the meal itself. I had the burrito asada, which was absolutely killer, and a Mexican chorizo taco. That taco was the real deal. Heck, the line juice from the line wedge had the perfect acidity to flavor balance that made the taco pop! My wife had the Mexican taco combo plate and completely loved it. We had to pass on dessert because we were stuffed. And our server, who's name i didn't catch was great. Friendly, the right amount of attentive, and overall a delight.We'll be back!“
“i gave this place a five star rating because the service is wonderful the workers treat you so nicely and the food is incredible once you get to know the workers well they are super kind and of course since we probably all know the owner who is incredible then that makes it better! 100% go here and get food !!“
“I always order the shrimp and steak soft tacos. I add queso, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, shredded cheese, lettuce, sour cream and cilantro. The shrimp and beef are cooked with onions and red peppers so it is very flavorful. I highly recommend this establishment.“
