It's a Dairy Queen, and I only use the drive-thru to occasionally get a blizzard so I can't speak much on my experiences. But I WILL say they've never turned a single one of my blizzards upside-down... ?
I dont normally post anything, but something needs to be done at this store. I spent 20 minutes in line, was asked to pull up. Slushes brought out to the lady behind me. Got back to work with my food and noticed I did not get the sundae I paid for!!! HELLO???? ITS DQ why do you think I came. Get your act together or you will lose a lot of business in this town.
