My daughter & I visited your Krystal drive-thur on Monday, 11-14-22 around 4pm in Oxford, MS. I met a young male named Dustin, I must honestly say, this was the BEST EXPERIENCE ever, served with a smile and respect, in a drive-thur dining. Please take the time out to thank him for his outstanding performance. He made our visit a rememberable experience. Thank you ?

Understaffed and perpetually poorly managed. Pay your employees more and staff more, probably. Only survives on its location. Should never ever take 30 mins in a drive thru. Employees do their best, not their fault.

Krystal offers a mix of experiences. One visit may leave a bad taste - soggy burgers and wrong orders, while another brings simple comfort, with fast service and a clean lot. The standout experience is often thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by dedicated employees like Stacy, who went above and beyond to accommodate a customer's request for chicken biscuits, even though it was past the usual serving time. Quality and service may vary, but a shining employee can make all the difference at this restaurant. The Oxford location, in particular, is praised for its great food, service, and atmosphere, providing a consistently positive experience for customers.
