“I like the point rewards, but it should also include bone in wings. The wings are nice and big, but it is high paying $60+ for 36 wings. I wish the hot wings would be a more constant hot. One time they are buffalo burning hot and the next time mild buffalo, but ordered burning hot. We have alot of choices for pizza, but 85% of the time we order from pizza hut“

One of the workers was very sweet, two of the others felt very aloof, and were not the best communicators.

The place looks nice visually, but was actually quite dirty. The person I was here with and another elderly customer cleaned a counter and table themselves, because of it.

“I travel a-lot and stop at Popeyes often in different cites and I am usually greeted with terrible customer service at popeyes but I continue to stop because the chicken is good. However today when I stopped in the Richland, MS location I was greeted with a smile, wonderful customer service, and fresh fast food! My next trip this way I will definitely be stopping!“

“The food was delicious. The servers were well spoken the polite and expedient. The line however was long. I ordered a number one meal single Patty with a root beer to drink. And because it's Wendy's I had to have a small chocolate Frosty. If you want the trip to go faster get there either before or after lunch rush do not go at 12. That was my mistake.“
