“Went for lunch yesterday, first time there, I had the lunch special smothered pork-chop with cabbage and creamed corn and it was DELICIOUS....best pork-chop I have had in very long time!! And the sweet tea was PERFECT to my taste...“

“We went there for an anniversary dinner with no reservation prior to arrival. We were seated immediately and the wait staff was wonderful. We ordered the Beef Tips and Redfish Almondine. Spectacular meal…!!! It was a wonderful experience 👍“

“I don't normally eat at burger places, but I am amazed by the service I received here. I ordered "The Mission" which had; Chorizo, fresh avocado, Monterey Jack cheese, shredded romaine, pico, and chipotle mayo. The burger was cooked properly and was served with what appears to be home made fries. Overall, the food tasted great and staff delivered great customer service.“

“We ordered our main dishes from the seasonal menu. We ordered the Shrimp creamy pesto pasta and the Carmelized salmon. Both were phenomenal and perfect for the summer. Our appetizer was the calamari. The sauces that came with it were wonderful. The free bread was not the best this time as it usually is. It was hardened, and room temperature. It's usually warmed and soft. Our service was pleasant per usual.

“Made my family and I feel very welcome, and the food was great. We did not sit on the bar side with the live music because the kids were with us, but the band sounded great. I would highly recommended for family or date night. So many options to choose from on the menu and so reasonably priced“

“Fantasia is FANTASTIC! She anticipated our needs. She made sure we were informed at every stage of our visit. She answered questions we didn’t know we needed to ask. Servers all over could learn something from her.

Now, the lack of reservations and long wait diminished the experience, but Fantasia was so good, she holds up the rating.“

“The staff is always friendly, restaurant is always clean, food is always ready when I arrive after calling in, & always hot. & most times they'll even add a wonton or fried wing in with your order. Great sweet tea. Reasonably priced. Honey chicken wings or salt & pepper shrimp is my usual. The salt & pepper shrimp are large. You will have to ask them to peel & clean to make sure they are deveined. There is a small extra fee, but for me it's worth it.“

“On May 25th we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary. The food and atmosphere was very nice. I will definitely go back but I do not want Adam as my waiter ever again. The issue that I have with Adam as our waiter is this. When he passed by our table my husband put his finger up letting him know that we needed him. He brushed my husband off and told him that he would be back and he went on to other tables. When he finally came back through he didn’t stop like he said he would he passed by our table and went to another table. At first I was like ok but it kept happening. And every time Adam passed by he looked right at me in my eyes. So now we’re ready to go so we’re waiting and waiting because he told us that he would be back. Well when he came back he passed us up again and eventually my husband had to stop him and give him the check. We gave him our payment with a $20 tip but at first I wasn’t going to leave one but I said no I’m gonna do what’s right. But now I regret even leaving it. After he walked off we waited and waited and I noticed him walking to another table he looked me right in my eyes. And my thought process was like ok we gave him the money now clear us out so we can go. Another waiter walked by because he noticed me looking for our waiter we told him what was going on and we asked him if he can let Adam know to please give us our receipt. Adam then walked straight from the table where the other customer was and gave us our receipt. I thought to myself he had it on him all this time why did he let us wait this long to give us the receipt we could’ve been gone? I was going to make a complaint when I walked out but I was like no I’m going to write a review because I was ready to go because I was very irritated at this point.“

My food was partially cold and I'm not sure what that was about. But the waiter/manager was pretty cool! I didn't give a full 5 stars because we got there, maybe 30 minutes before they closed. Still, it was nice.“

“Our baseball team recently visited this location after a tournament. Even with our large group, the service was so quick. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing. And DESSERT was the greatest ;) Highly recommend this place!“

“My boyfriend ordered a large salad with grilled chicken it was delicious and also very large. I ordered a shrimp po-boy, it had lots of delicious shrimp on it with all the trimmings. My disappointment was with the bread itself. I would have given the food 5 stars if they would use French bread the kind like New Orleans French bread. Then all of my orders would have been 5 stars. They also have a live band, only wish they would have started earlier and have had more cooling or fans on the outside where the band was. It just got too hot so we had to leave. We would have spent more money there if it weren't for that. We still recommend Shuckers a great place.

Parking: No problem, we were able to park right at the entrance. The place was full with plenty of parking to spare. ?

SO, ANYWAYS, I ORDERED THE CATFISH, WITH AN EXTRA PIECE. NOW, I MUST ADMIT. IM NOT A FAN OF CATFISH. IT IS NOT MY FAVORITE. HOWEVER, IT WAS CRISPY AS I HAD REQUESTED. SEASONED JUST RIGHT.
