“Great food at all locations (I’ve been eating at the original on Madison since 1978). We ate lunch in Southaven today with our 3 year old granddaughter. Servers brought her crayons and a coloring sheet; also brought her order (mac & cheese) as soon as it was ready. (ours wasn’t ready yet). This is now one of only about three places we’ll take her and her 8 year old sister to eat. Child friendly and real food (not frozen and microwaved*) * The mac and cheese is packaged Kraft; that’s a good thing, since neither g’child will eat anything *but* Kraft ❤️“

The staff was nice and young brother and beautiful red head lady! They were very nice! This place has the BEST BURGERS IN MISSISSIPPI HANDS DOWN!“

“Horrible Memphis TN Germantown Rd location warning warning do not go they are horrible and your order will not be correct spent over $40 for the worst burgers and fries ever. everything sucked dry burgers, bacon pieces not strips, everything was horrible. I have absolutely nothing good to say about my experience last night 2-20-2023 the food was terrible it sucked good thing we have multiple bathrooms because after eating that food we needed them!!!!!!!!! gas station burgers beat them hands down. horrible just out right horrible I deserve a refund plus extra. my stomach is starting to bubble thinking about last night food, ugh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“This was a really great Whataburger! Charlie was the cashier and he was so friendly when going around checking on people.
The food came out quickly. The patty melt was delicious. Fries were good. Derek had the banana pudding shake. We both tried it and it tastes a lot like banana pudding. It's not like Momma's homemade pudding but really... What is?!“

“First time going I was greeted by a man who said good morning he was very friendly . I got three chicken fingers which are really huge chicken strips and three Wings they are big I love the fries too I really like their food the sauce is good I got honey garlic and is very good. If some of y'all think this place is expensive try going up on Stateline and ordering three little chicken wings for $7.99 that's how I ended up at the Chicken Shack and I'm glad I did“

“I came here on a Thursday at lunch time. The first car slot had a malfunctioning screen so we had to grab another spot.

I ordered a foot long chili hot dog, tater tots, and medium Oreo Peanut Butter milkshake. The foot long was nice but all the cheese was stuck on the roof of the container. SMH. Tater tots were decent. Be sure to ask for ketchup. The milkshake was good.

Service was faster than expected. I will come back.“
