“A-1 Rating as far as I am concerned. I had the opportunity to meet the GM Mr. McClendon who I am very impressed with. This gentleman continuously worked behind the register taking orders, cleaning up on the floor and it seemed as if he was preparing food. He is very professional, cordial and welcoming which is cause for return visits. The building was extremely clean, Staff for the most part was very nice and the food was outstanding! I will recommend this restaurant to everyone that I can. This gentleman and restaurant deserve KUDOS!! OUTSTANDING JOB!!“

The staff was very nice and very helpful in explaining the menu and explaining the meals explaining deals and explaining what was included with the meals, they were very courteous and respectful in making sure that I understood what was included in my order the young lady in the drive-thru was very knowledgeable about the menu and once I approached the window, she had a very bright smile. “I tried their Signature McAlister Club. While the service was fast, (less than 10 min), the sandwich was just average. The tomatoes weren't ripe, and the bacon was sparse. They used Miracle Whip on the sandwich rather than mayonnaise. The plate with sides was more than adequate for lunch. I would come back because of the variety of other menu items. The French Dip looked good, and my coworkers were happy with it.“
