Well after 2 years in Helena we finally got around to trying the early bird cafe. In my opinion there aren't a lot of good restaurant choices in Helena, so I was hopeful for Early Bird.We looked online and determined that both my wife and I wanted to try the chicken fried steak, because that was supposed to be one of their best entrees, and so we were very disappointed to find that when we arrived they were totally out! Coming from a big city, this diner is one of the best I've ever dined at. The steaks were nice and thick, the eggs were delicious, and the staff were friendly. If I pass by Helena, I'll definitely eat breakfast here again.
