When we were in the area last year (just after you opened the business), I purchased brewed coffee several times on my morning walk. Now you don't offer brewed coffee? I settled for a couple shots of espresso. Please offer brewed coffee.“

“Never been there, but I just tried their instant organic coffee!!! I bought it at a local store in Oregon. Wow!!!! I mean how did they get instant so smooth? I bought this box of packets months ago and was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be like all the others. You know? Where you tolerate them on a trip because you can’t get organic everywhere. But no!!! “I’ve been getting coffee beans, beverages, and pastries from Drum for many years now. The service has always been impeccable and they whip up one of the best lattes in town. This morning I came in during a rush and the two employees working were kind and friendly even with the stress of having a line of several drinks in the queue. They always add a personal touch and serve a quality product.“

“I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.

My boyfriend got the Huckleberry smoothie....it was excellent, beware it was more of a milkshake than a smoothie.“

“Today was my first visit to Copper Mountain. The two young female baristas were both personable and professional, which earns 3 stars right there because that is what matters most to me!

I ordered a 12oz hot whole milk latte with pumpkin and toasted marshmallow. The drink was tasty and prepared quickly, but not as hot as I expected. I worked at the South Reserve Starbucks for 9 months, so I'm familiar with what temp various drinks should be. I could not taste any pumpkin, but perhaps the toasted marshmallow flavor overpowered it.

I think your prices are very reasonable and I will definitely give you another try for a morning pick-me-up! I will order the latte extra hot and skip the additional flavoring. Keep up the great work ladies!“

“Lisa did the sweets for my daughters bridal shower and hands down this was the best red velvet cupcake I have ever had. Multiple guests also said this. And the macaroons were to die for. By far are one of the best vendors I have ever done business with. “even though it's only the drive-up window that's open they made two huge travelers crafts of different coffee for me and I was able to order it online and pick it up at the window and bring it to the workplace at 7:00 a.m.. really great service and what a great product!“

“Depending on the location they can have the fastest baristas anywhere. Definitely you get some strong coffee so if you want it sweet don't get all the shots. What I like is not needing to pay for extra shots to get a strong mocha. Also plenty of sugar-free options.“

“Heaven Latte is the most amazing thing ever! Not sure if there's a set recipe though. The FloCo on Higgins makes a killer one,but they're not as creamy and delicious at the Florence location. I've actually bypassed the Florence location and driven all the way into town for a decent Heaven. Maybe they don't use the yogurt powder in Florence, who knows. Just not as good as the Missoula locations. Wish they'd fix it. Overall if your jonesing for Java and can't make it into Missoula for a FloCo coffee, it'll do.“

They told me it was delicious after eating every bite. We had the tacos and the burger, which were both excellent. Absolutely coming back here. They take reservations, which is really nice.“

I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got my coffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in the form of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. “These have the look of Starbucks. I've never seen one before. Rolling through Missoula and wanted coffee and came across it. Clean interior, clean bathroom. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee was good. I'd probably stop at one again if I really needed a coffee, but it wouldn't be a first choice. However, I got my son a hot chocolate, and it was amazing. I don't know what kind they served, but I'd definitely stop in there for hot chocolate if I had a craving for one!“

I then bought a package of Evening in Missoula, Night on Glacier Bay, and Mountain Huckleberry tea bags. I love the aroma of Night on Glacier Bay especially. I do not live in Missoula and phoned in an order and the Bev was so friendly and helpful. I look forward to drinking this tea and am happy to support a small business. I have given these teas as gifts and people LOVE them. Perfect gift for anyone who enjoys tea!“
