I settled for a couple shots of espresso. Please offer brewed coffee.“

“Never been there, but I just tried their instant organic coffee!!! I bought it at a local store in Oregon. Wow!!!! I mean how did they get instant so smooth? I bought this box of packets months ago and was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be like all the others. You know? Where you tolerate them on a trip because you can’t get organic everywhere. But no!!! “I’ve been getting coffee beans, beverages, and pastries from Drum for many years now. The service has always been impeccable and they whip up one of the best lattes in town. This morning I came in during a rush and the two employees working were kind and friendly even with the stress of having a line of several drinks in the queue. They always add a personal touch and serve a quality product.“

Coffee was outstanding and the Savory Roll was a MASTERPIECE! I’ve seen similar baked goods, but none so well executed. That’s some real skill happening. \n\nFeels like a place where they genuinely care about what they’re doing but aren’t trying too hard or giving off a superior attitude. “I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.

“Lisa did the sweets for my daughters bridal shower and hands down this was the best red velvet cupcake I have ever had. Multiple guests also said this. And the macaroons were to die for. By far are one of the best vendors I have ever done business with. She made this whole experience smooth and pleasant and went above and beyond I will recommend her to anyone she is a 1000/10 rating in my book!!!!“

“Today was my first visit to Copper Mountain. The two young female baristas were both personable and professional, which earns 3 stars right there because that is what matters most to me!

I ordered a 12oz hot whole milk latte with pumpkin and toasted marshmallow. The drink was tasty and prepared quickly, but not as hot as I expected. I worked at the South Reserve Starbucks for 9 months, so I'm familiar with what temp various drinks should be. I could not taste any pumpkin, but perhaps the toasted marshmallow flavor overpowered it.

I think your prices are very reasonable and I will definitely give you another try for a morning pick-me-up! I will order the latte extra hot and skip the additional flavoring. Keep up the great work ladies!“

“Depending on the location they can have the fastest baristas anywhere. Definitely you get some strong coffee so if you want it sweet don't get all the shots. What I like is not needing to pay for extra shots to get a strong mocha. Also plenty of sugar-free options.“

“Heaven Latte is the most amazing thing ever! Not sure if there's a set recipe though. The FloCo on Higgins makes a killer one,but they're not as creamy and delicious at the Florence location. I've actually bypassed the Florence location and driven all the way into town for a decent Heaven. Maybe they don't use the yogurt powder in Florence, who knows. Just not as good as the Missoula locations. Wish they'd fix it. Overall if your jonesing for Java and can't make it into Missoula for a FloCo coffee, it'll do.“

I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got my coffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in the form of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. Otherwise, Highly recommend.“

“These have the look of Starbucks. I've never seen one before. Rolling through Missoula and wanted coffee and came across it. Clean interior, clean bathroom. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee was good. I'd probably stop at one again if I really needed a coffee, but it wouldn't be a first choice. However, I got my son a hot chocolate, and it was amazing. I don't know what kind they served, but I'd definitely stop in there for hot chocolate if I had a craving for one!“

“Our favorite local spot for a coffee and a pastry, and we often pick up a loaf of bread while we're at it! Punch cards for repeat customers means that every 10th drink is free! They also have pizza dough, which is great to pick up when we don't have time to make dough at home.“

“I stop by FloCo bright and early most mornings, and Cass the barista is truly the highlight of my day. At 6:00 a.m., her cheerful energy is exactly what I need to start things off right. She’s always upbeat, kind, and never fails to make everyone feel welcome.

I’m not usually one to change up my order, but Cass has a way of talking me into trying their specials — and every single time, I end up falling in love with a new drink. She knows her coffee and clearly cares about what she does. So if you’re afraid of trying new things I highly recommend talking to her.

“I had to take time to write this review. Around 3 weeks ago, I was visiting from out of town and stopped at this
Starbucks location to finish up some artwork for a client. I had spent long hours working there (over a 2 day time frame). I purchased a couple of Venti lattes and a sandwich both days. The lattes were made perfectly with just the right amount of sweetness (1 pump of white chocolate). What really impressed me (as one with high expectations) was that it was by far the best managed Starbucks I have ever visited. All of the staff were upbeat, happy and friendly. Jessie (I believe he was the manager) was there both days (the entire day) working closely with his employees, designating tasks to everyone to ensure everything was operating smoothly. He was helping interview and train new staff, and setting up displays. Everything was spotless and clean. After spending most of my day there again (the second day) and making purchases of close to $30 each day, Jessie came over with a free mug of fresh, hot drip coffee and checked to see how I was doing...taking notice to how hard and long I had been working on this project. I have never had a Starbucks manager show care and gratitude to their customers as Jessie did; he needs a raise! Starbucks needs to model their business around this location! Thank you Jessie and your team for the positive and amazing experience...outstanding! I hope to visit there again soon.“

“The custom tea blends, straight pure teas, huge variety, spices, rubs, hunters' meat rubs, cooking & mulling spice blends, plus the staff and adorable/gorgeous showroom of kitchen accoutrements are all wonderful. I like the real people who work there: friendly, fun, informed. After 53+ years, humans in Missoula Montana still answer the phones! Full disclosure: I was a longtime customer before working there; then an employee for about 5 years; now I'm mostly retired; I just do some occasional clerical work due to my own physical limitations but it's not employee loyalty that puts MT Tea & Spice on a pedestal. It really is a cool, Missoula Montana, local business with the best products & nicest & totally real people. Missoula is the home of MT Tea & Spice "mothership" production & retail but they sell all over Missoula & Montana & the US. They even get fan mail.“
