When we were in the area last year (just after you opened the business), I purchased brewed coffee several times on my morning walk. Now you don't offer brewed coffee? I settled for a couple shots of espresso. Please offer brewed coffee.“

“We like to sit inside and eat sometimes. But we do not like that you have to use a kiosk to order. Our order did not come out right. They were not polite to us when we told them. We would like to order from a live person. If there was someone available to help you with kiosk it may be better.“

“Never been there, but I just tried their instant organic coffee!!! I bought it at a local store in Oregon. Wow!!!! I mean how did they get instant so smooth? I bought this box of packets months ago and was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be like all the others. You know? Where you tolerate them on a trip because you can’t get organic everywhere. But no!!! “My only complaint us the trend of these places keeping such narrow hours; students, people doing laundry & those of us that work 9-5 type jobs would patronise more often if it weren't such a trick to hit your window of availability. Understandable if it's a staffing issue, & sympathetic if based on personal availability, but you're excluding potential customers.“

“It ain't no Starbucks and that's exactly what we wanted. The White Chocolate Mocha was quality, not burnt and the price can't be beat. The ladies working that day were polite, efficient and I didn't have to sit through an interrogation on a Sunday morning just to get a coffee. I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got my coffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in the form of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. “Depending on the location they can have the fastest baristas anywhere. Definitely you get some strong coffee so if you want it sweet don't get all the shots. What I like is not needing to pay for extra shots to get a strong mocha. Also plenty of sugar-free options.“

“I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.

My boyfriend got the Huckleberry smoothie....it was excellent, beware it was more of a milkshake than a smoothie.“

“Today my significant other and I ordered two Lotus beverages. For those of you who are not familiar with these beverages; a Lotus drink is a plant based caffeinated syrup mixed with club soda and any of the many flavors offered. Sugar-free options available. I ordered one of the featured specials named “Purple Rain” which consisted of lavender and huckleberry flavors. My girlfriend had one named “Rainbow Sherbet”, flavors not remembered, but it has cream added. Both tasted great! We really like these drinks as a nice cool and carbonated “pick me up”. Amber, our barista gave us great service! She’s was very kind and gave my girlfriend a few dum-dum lollipops to help with her recent quitting of nicotine. She even went the extra mile and gave her some really kind words of encouragement.THANK YOU, Amber! ?All in all, we really love Florence Coffee company for their extensive menu, great quality (and energetic) coffee and other drinks. It’s been amazing to see this local business grow into the operation it is today. We really recommend them!“

“Heaven Latte is the most amazing thing ever! Not sure if there's a set recipe though. The FloCo on Higgins makes a killer one,but they're not as creamy and delicious at the Florence location. I've actually bypassed the Florence location and driven all the way into town for a decent Heaven. Maybe they don't use the yogurt powder in Florence, who knows. Just not as good as the Missoula locations. Wish they'd fix it. Overall if your jonesing for Java and can't make it into Missoula for a FloCo coffee, it'll do.“
