I am celiac and was hesitant to order any food but the owner said he was celiac and went the extra mile to prepare a gluten free breakfast scramble! It was amazing! So good we went back the next morning and would have gone the 3rd day but they are closed on Sundays.“

All of the employees in the back seemed to be having a great day at work and working as a team. I love good customer service and when you work as a team it makes everything run better. “Never been there, but I just tried their instant organic coffee!!! I bought it at a local store in Oregon. Wow!!!! I mean how did they get instant so smooth? I bought this box of packets months ago and was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be like all the others. You know? Where you tolerate them on a trip because you can’t get organic everywhere. But no!!! I’m going to their website right now to order packets for travel and home and just because they make life simpler with no guilt! ❤️“

“This is my second time here. I come in to Missoula for bloodwork twice a year. I stop here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich before I head home. The atmosphere and staff are always friendly. They have great coffee and an extensive, quality, menu. They have gluten free bread which allows me to get a build your own breakfast sandwich. I bought one of their mugs last time I was here, a lovely teal, and use it often at home. Highly recommend.“

“My car broke down last night (12-9-21) on my way to Spokane Washington and I had to get a room at the best Western up the street. There is a Starbucks right in the same parking lot basically. I hate Starbucks so I took a walk with my pup and found this place. The gal in there made me a wonderful drink and was very nice to me. I truly appreciate it. If I'm ever back through here I'll have this be my place to get coffee.“

I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got my coffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in the form of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. “Depending on the location they can have the fastest baristas anywhere. Definitely you get some strong coffee so if you want it sweet don't get all the shots. What I like is not needing to pay for extra shots to get a strong mocha. Also plenty of sugar-free options.“

Not only that's I saw they have a lot of good selection for tea, cocoa, and Italian sodas if you're not a caffeine person, and their "moonshines" are killer! “Today my significant other and I ordered two Lotus beverages. For those of you who are not familiar with these beverages; a Lotus drink is a plant based caffeinated syrup mixed with club soda and any of the many flavors offered. Sugar-free options available. I ordered one of the featured specials named “Purple Rain” which consisted of lavender and huckleberry flavors. My girlfriend had one named “Rainbow Sherbet”, flavors not remembered, but it has cream added. Both tasted great! We really like these drinks as a nice cool and carbonated “pick me up”. Amber, our barista gave us great service! She’s was very kind and gave my girlfriend a few dum-dum lollipops to help with her recent quitting of nicotine. She even went the extra mile and gave her some really kind words of encouragement.THANK YOU, Amber! ?All in all, we really love Florence Coffee company for their extensive menu, great quality (and energetic) coffee and other drinks. It’s been amazing to see this local business grow into the operation it is today. We really recommend them!“

“I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.
