I am celiac and was hesitant to order any food but the owner said he was celiac and went the extra mile to prepare a gluten free breakfast scramble! It was amazing! So good we went back the next morning and would have gone the 3rd day but they are closed on Sundays.“

“Never been there, but I just tried their instant organic coffee!!! I bought it at a local store in Oregon. Wow!!!! I mean how did they get instant so smooth? I bought this box of packets months ago and was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be like all the others. You know? Where you tolerate them on a trip because you can’t get organic everywhere. But no!!! I’m going to their website right now to order packets for travel and home and just because they make life simpler with no guilt! ❤️“

This morning I came in during a rush and the two employees working were kind and friendly even with the stress of having a line of several drinks in the queue. “Just WOW!!!\n\nFinding the perfect coffee shop in an unfamiliar town always feels daunting, but I got it right on the first try with Drum. Coffee was outstanding and the Savory Roll was a MASTERPIECE! I’ve seen similar baked goods, but none so well executed. That’s some real skill happening. \n\nFeels like a place where they genuinely care about what they’re doing but aren’t trying too hard or giving off a superior attitude. Staff were engaging, fully present, and very pleasant. \n\nBusiness was robust this morning, but everyone seemed to get the same great service I did, and they filled orders quickly for just two folks working the bar. \n\nAnytime I am in Missoula, I’ll be at Drum, and I may see if they can ship me some of those savory buns!“

The ladies working that day were polite, efficient and I didn't have to sit through an interrogation on a Sunday morning just to get a coffee. “I had a latte flavored Huckleberry..... perfection!! Not overly sweet like chain lattes, it had a good coffee flavor with a hint of Huckleberry. As a traveler it's hard finding good coffee. Thank you for a good coffee drink.

“My car broke down last night (12-9-21) on my way to Spokane Washington and I had to get a room at the best Western up the street. There is a Starbucks right in the same parking lot basically. I hate Starbucks so I took a walk with my pup and found this place. The gal in there made me a wonderful drink and was very nice to me. I truly appreciate it. If I'm ever back through here I'll have this be my place to get coffee.“

“Lisa did the sweets for my daughters bridal shower and hands down this was the best red velvet cupcake I have ever had. Multiple guests also said this. And the macaroons were to die for. By far are one of the best vendors I have ever done business with. She made this whole experience smooth and pleasant and went above and beyond I will recommend her to anyone she is a 1000/10 rating in my book!!!!“

“Today was my first visit to Copper Mountain. The two young female baristas were both personable and professional, which earns 3 stars right there because that is what matters most to me!

I ordered a 12oz hot whole milk latte with pumpkin and toasted marshmallow. The drink was tasty and prepared quickly, but not as hot as I expected. I worked at the South Reserve Starbucks for 9 months, so I'm familiar with what temp various drinks should be. I could not taste any pumpkin, but perhaps the toasted marshmallow flavor overpowered it.

I think your prices are very reasonable and I will definitely give you another try for a morning pick-me-up! I will order the latte extra hot and skip the additional flavoring. Keep up the great work ladies!“

“Depending on the location they can have the fastest baristas anywhere. Definitely you get some strong coffee so if you want it sweet don't get all the shots. What I like is not needing to pay for extra shots to get a strong mocha. Also plenty of sugar-free options.“

“These baristas do it right every. time. And they are always so kind. I went there this morning (for the millionth time), bags under my eyes, in the grumpiest mood, and the barista had such a positive attitude that I changed my tune before I even got my coffee. I truly hope they get paid well and treated well as they are the backbone of the community work force. A 401K in the form of a shared tip jar is not sufficient for these fine folks. Otherwise, Highly recommend.“

“These have the look of Starbucks. I've never seen one before. Rolling through Missoula and wanted coffee and came across it. Clean interior, clean bathroom. Service was fast and friendly. The coffee was good. I'd probably stop at one again if I really needed a coffee, but it wouldn't be a first choice. However, I got my son a hot chocolate, and it was amazing. I don't know what kind they served, but I'd definitely stop in there for hot chocolate if I had a craving for one!“

“Our favorite local spot for a coffee and a pastry, and we often pick up a loaf of bread while we're at it! Punch cards for repeat customers means that every 10th drink is free! They also have pizza dough, which is great to pick up when we don't have time to make dough at home.“
