Staff was very friendly, but busy. Chocolate ice cream was not working, which made having our chocolate ice cream cone impossible. Our chocolate shake was very runny, more like chocolate milk really. Placed the order in the app, took seven minutes to get there, and it was not ready. Had to wait more than 15 minutes after arriving before I got our order. Very disappointing.
Blizzards are usually more liquid than what should be. Food is worse than disappointing.
Ice cream was good. Service was very slow.
