“My recent visit to BK was good. The 🍔 tasted very good, like they used to back when BK was the #1 burger stop. The 🍟 have come a long way to perfection.

Only ever had milkshakes at cook out so I don’t know what the food is like. Always drive through have no idea what the atmosphere is hence 3 stars for neutral“

“Have driven by so many times and finally experienced the outdoor dining last night on a beautiful evening. The food was delicious (even thought they had run out of the rice and beans we were excited to try - just a great reason to go back!) Loved the drinks we tried, and we even splurged with some ice cream at the end. Service was fast and friendly. Now we just wish we had gone sooner!!“

“I work on the side of town so I love me some Burger King! I usually go ahead and order my food on the app and just pick it up when I get there. I use these fast food apps all the time but for some reason today my mind was not working, and I could not figure out how to use my rewards at the actual drive-through.🙃 The two boys working today were so patient with me and helped me figure it out! I see them most days when I get my food. They are always very nice and asking how your day is! I have always worked in the service industry, so I know how difficult that is. These young men are super hard workers and have great spirits! Thank you both so much for helping a confused girl out today! I know the good karma will come your way!“

“Really good burgers fries and drinks! I actually live 2.40 hrs away. But ALWAYS stop by before leaving Durham. Customizable with single or double patties and super fresh toppings! They have your typical Coke fountain drinks but also some specialty fruit/lemonade refreshers and great Häägan-Dazs shakes! The Smash fries are the best! Great staff and music.“

Kid-friendliness: It can be kid friendly depending on the time of day but also if they’re other kids there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible lots of ramps and is also service dog friendly.“

“I have to say that I have encountered some of the kindest friendliest people in Durham in the past few days. I would like to recognitivea couple I encountered this morning. I was trying to find a place to eat breakfast and decided on Hardee’s since I had not eaten breakfast at one in a very long time. The Hardee’s at 2721 Chapel Hill Road had two of the most genuinely friendly people . Since I could not get my app to recognize their survey barcode in the store. Thanks Lisa and Angie for putting a smile on my face this morning and I hope some way their bosses see this so they can recognize what gems they have working for them.“

“It's Cook Out - you know what you're getting rolling up to one of these bad boys. Clean location, hot greasy food with that open flame taste and smell. Best milkshakes. And although the prices have gone up it's still a ton of food for a good price.“
