“Really good bagels but nearly $6 for a bagel with cream cheese! I’ve been 3 times and it’s always consistent— the S&P bagel is so good! Breakfast sandwiches are delicious but over $10! I’m from CA and even in San Francisco you’d be hard pressed to find a bagel that’s $6– maybe a breakfast sandwich but not a bagel with cream cheese. The cream cheese is DELICIOUS! Chewy bagels. The two young women I’ve seen at the register have been unfriendly and somewhat cranky each time I come in.“

From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean, welcoming, and well organized, even during a busy morning rush.

The bagels were fresh, soft on the inside, and perfectly baked with just the right texture. You can immediately tell they are made with quality ingredients and prepared fresh. There were plenty of bagel flavors to choose from along with a large variety of cream cheeses, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch options. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and coffee, and both were excellent. The sandwich was hot, flavorful, and filling without feeling overly heavy.

One thing that really stood out was the customer service. The staff members were friendly, patient, and worked efficiently to keep the line moving. Even with several customers coming in, the employees remained professional and helpful. The food came out quickly, and everything was prepared correctly.

The dining area was also clean and comfortable, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy breakfast or get some work done with a coffee. I appreciated how convenient the location is within the Preston area of Cary, with easy parking and quick access.

Overall, I highly recommend Bruegger’s Bagels in Cary, NC for anyone looking for fresh bagels, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, or a reliable breakfast spot. “First time in Raleigh and was looking for a bar and some coffee. I didn’t think I would get both until we went to Sir Walter Coffee. Painkiller cocktail and salted caramel espresso martinis were incredible. Super friendly atmosphere and Matteo makes awesome drinks. Highly recommend 👍🏼“

“The wife sent me to get her an herbie turkey sumfin or other, and stayed for the conversation with the guy who had Sonic the Hedgehog tattoos, he was absolutely great. If you want a bagel, this is the place to get one. I'm not positive, but they may specialize in such food type items. The person running the cash register had a camera around their neck, so I'm sure there will be some Tube of You vidja of me doing a little dance and/or making a bit of noise...BUT...that is neither here nor there. “Another journey for our Raleigh Coffee Passport and another hit! Great atmosphere for studying or just chilling out. We got the Bomb-bon and The Bedsheet Latte along with a Coffee cake! The Bedsheet latte was 10/10 and the staff were super friendly and courteous! If we are near in the future will definitely stop back by!“

“I always order breakfast here and the staff is amazing and friendly and quick at getting the order done along with being accurate. I wish this location though added online ordering from the app to where I could order through the app and pick it up.“

“There isn’t a Caribou close to me, but when I visit my daughter we have started grabbing a blended cooler. We get an extra shot of espresso and we’ve tried the Campfire and the Mint Condition and they have both been excellent. Very consistent quality. Clean inside the store and plenty of parking. We look forward to it every week!“

“I genuinely always have a great time at this location. The employees are knowledgeable, kind and generous. The food is probably the same as any other Bruegger's, y'know, better fresh and less good near closing time, but that's all of them. That's bagels. My order is always accurate and the employees rock. Can't recommend enough.“

“Overall I generally like the food at benchwarmers. Sometimes I feel the savory sandwiches would be improved with more sauce or seasoning. They can be a bit dry. Usually a little hot sauce helps or if you add some cream cheese. The service at this location is miles better than the original location. I also like how it is bigger and has a nice view of trees in the back.“

“Egg sandwiches used to be a favorite of mine before I went vegan. This sandwich had it all! Hashbrown patty, egg, cheese. I could take or leave the sausage, but it definitely hit the spot. Hubs got the wrap and a side of hashbrowns. Everything was great!“

As a business owner myself, I'm not one to complain about things. Especially since clients have little to nothing at risk, but will leave a lambasting review over a minor infraction. I say that with empathy in mind, however.

The gloves worn while preparing food shouldn't be used to manage the registers and then used again to prepare more food.

I hope this review is a source of encouragement for improvement.

“I'm in love with the Herby Turkey! I didn't know cream cheese & sun dried tomatoes were such a wonderful combination. Top it off with the turkey, lettuce & red onion.....amazing 😋.
My only complaint was that almost every table & booth were dirty with crumbs. I had my order to go, but I wouldn't want to eat there looking at a dirty restaurant.“

“The coffee and service is great. They have a variety of coffee options and you can add different kinds of flavors too. The. Newest drink they have is churro latte and caramel macchiato churro drink. Do try it. It comes with a hint of cinnamon bun flavor“

“I was in Raleigh and was in the mood for another cup of coffee. I chose Brugger's bagel. It's been many years since I went there. I got an iced caramel coffee and the Vermonter sandwich. Tasty sandwich. With time to burn I ordered a hazelnut coffee while hanging out. There's a small parking lot behind to customers. Everywhere around this place is meter parking.“
