Jersey Mike's Subs in Cary

“This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly and management clearly cares about how the store is handled. The cookies are the best around and the bread is better than other locations. Go here for a quick and delicious lunch.“

“I ordered a turkey club and some other customization...cheese and mayo with requesting the toppings be on the side...oil and vinegar tomatoes etc on the side...you know the wet toppings that if left on to long will cause the bread to be soggy. NOTHING but the cheese was put on my sub and no bacon or lettuce.....I want to add the instructions.. I am upset because by them changing my cheese to White American is proof that they did read the request. I really don't like ordering from this location....I know I sound like a Karen.... but I ordered through the app and just asked for my toppings to be on the side so I could eat the sandwich later.
I usually avoid this location...last time I ordered they didn't include my drink and chips that I paid for. This is ridiculous“

“This place is awesome! I have lived in the area for 12 years and have been going to this location specifically for the past 7. I have only had one bad experience and it was quickly resolved by the staff with zero issue, so I don't count that.“

“Not as good as the Jersey Mike's at Food Lion in Apex (Jenks Rd) but this is still a great Jersey Mike's at Okelly Chapel. May I suggest not rushing your guests? I felt extremely rushed when I was ordering my sandwich like they were just trying to push me out.“

“Love their subs! Very friendly employees, but the Town Center location in Cary is notoriously quite slow. I think they must get a lot of online orders that keep them scrambling, so as a former prep cook in a full service restaurant back in the day, I give them some grace. Just be prepared: the drive-thru often has some long waits at this location.

I am quite patient, though, and enjoy the veggie sub on rosemary parm. It's very tasty, filling and worth waiting for, imo. (Though the last time, they missed the dressing and it seems I only got oil on it, so I had to sprinkle my own Italian seasoning when I got it home.)

Overall, the prep is consistent and a generous enough portion that I don't usually finish even the medium in one sitting. Giving it a 4 out of 5, happily.“
