“I frequent the Chick-fil-A brand all of over the country and this is my children go to place for dinner. Tonight I went to your location in Cary. First of all the attendees outside aren’t as polite as the used to be they were concerned with group conversation not serving the customers. When I pulled up the cashier, said,”What can I get you”, no hey welcome to Chick-fil-A how may I serve you. I was shocked. I asked for two 12 counts of freshly cooked nuggets. I put an emphasis on fresh. I paid, drove to get my receipt and reiterated I wanted them fresh to that attendee. I got to window and I reiterated again to the young lady who had her hair cut very close, she said, “yes sir promise”. This was an entire lie and disappointment. This is the 2nd bad experience with this particular store. I have included the pictures in the email. After speaking to Caroline she has promised to give our family a night on her, but she never asked me my name, my phone number or asked when I was planning to come back. Totally disappointed.“

I enjoy getting my meal at this location and the customer service is always great. However, today I came through drive thru around 1:30pm and the short Hispanic lady at the window didn’t give me all of my change back. My meal came up to $10.27 and I gave her a $20.00 and got back $7.50 in change with no receipt. I didn’t realize it until I got home and opened my wallet. The lady was polite, but just make sure she’s giving back the right change. I will return to eat at this location in spite of this only happening once in all of my visits.“

“Pamela took my order, she was interactive and very friendly without being bubbly. It was very genuine and conveyed a lether of warmth that only be described as sincere. If she isn't a manager, make her one. Pamela has all the makings of what you hope you encounter when you're having an average day and want to order some food. She isn't pushy, she's very knowledgeable of the menu without seeming like she's shoving some pre-rehersed corporate garbage about promotions. Sitting and eating my food and working on schoolwork I can hear the conversations she holds with customers and you can just tell she listens and asks personable questions that make people feel like this Burger King is a respite from daily life because of how dedicated and attentive Pamela is to the customers that come in regularly and who just pop in for a bite to never be seen again at this location.“

“I was highly disappointed with my experience today with Chick fil la at Crossroads Plaza in Cary. I order a 8 piece nugget meal substituted the fries for a fruit cup. I didn't want any orange slices added, because it raises my blood sugar terribly.
The CSR said they didn't do that anymore, but if I want a small fruit cup they would put one fruit in it. I eat at the establishment quite often last week Tuesday as a matter of fact in Wendell Falls Park Way and noone said anything about that then.
To put the icing on the cake the fruit cup had no berries and extra orange slices. That was after I spoke with the CSR and asked that since they don't do it the way I would like could they not put many orange slices insides the cup.. Smh!! $ 11.55 is a lot to pay for something you can't even get your way.. I was at the drive thru“

“Honestly after seeing some of the more recent reviews, I was a little nervous to make an order. But it was my first time getting pizza hut in Cary and delivered so I gave it a try. Pizza was made correctly. I did ask for Cajun fries, but they gave me Cajun chicken and unseasoned fries. But honestly not mad at that for what could be wrong with an order. It was my first time trying their chicken bites so maybe a new menu item I'll be ordering in the future. They use door dash for deliveries and the guy that came by was communicative and sweet, no issues there. Sauce was packaged in the box and they even dropped some ketchup in the bag for the fries. “I stopped by Jersey Mike’s Subs around 7:30–8:00 PM, and I just had to leave a review about that evening shift. Even though it was later in the night, the energy in the store was still amazing. The team was welcoming, professional, and worked together like a well-oiled machine.
