“How delighted we were to discover this amazing place! The cozy atmosphere was enhanced by “real” (upholstered) furniture that invited us to truly relax. The owners were even more wonderful, from the first moment with their warm words and sincere smiles. They were so patient as we took time to decide what to order, and everything was delicious: hot cocoa, ice cream, pound cake, and empanadas. We initiated longer conversation, and appreciated the owners taking time to share fascinating stories about their personal lives and business. We must say, we arrived as total strangers and left feeling like we found new friends. We definitely will be back, and believe you will love this place too. God bless these good folks. We have a good hunch that they make a difference in this community!“

“Found out about this place on a fb reel and knew I had to visit. I wanted to see how close to my parents in SC it was and found out only 1.5 hrs. Girls road trip. Visiting the south from Spokane Wa. This place didnt disappoint. Bought a tumbler to bring home. Can't wait to come back! Made my little weird heart happy.“

“Today was the first for my sons and I ever visiting a cat cafe. We had heard about it a few years back and I've been wanting to go ever since. We live in a small town approximately 4 hours from Charlotte and came down for a few days. This was a must do. It was even better than we expected. The staff were very nice and the facility was really clean. I had a smoothie which was delicious and my sons had iced coffee and hot chocolate. They both loved the drinks. The cats were amazing! We love cats anyway and have five of our own, so we enjoyed the time with these so much! My sons are both teenagers and they loved it every bit as much as I did, so much that my oldest asked if we could go back again tomorrow so we made another reservation....two in fact, so we could stay for 2 hours. This is an absolute MUST for anyone who likes cats.“

I should have gotten their names, but between the jokes and giggles I forgot to ask. The Apple Pie Chai was fantastic, but those two were what I needed to brighten my day.“

“I stopped in Provided Coffee in Concord and had one of the best lattes I've had in a long time. The flavor was smooth, balanced, and made perfectly. The older furniture and ecletic aesthetic give the place a charm that really sets it apart. I'll definitely be back!“

“Best pistachio coffee I’ve ever had. Absolutely delicious. The staff was great and I enjoyed the variety of options. Not a bad thing, but the shop decor felt a bit too minimalistic with everything painted white, white marble, white packaging on their products and a few spots of color like a green plant. I wouldn’t have expected the variety of coffee considering the limited colors in the space but overall I enjoyed my experience.“

“I love coming to Press and Porter in downtown Concord! The atmosphere is super friendly and welcoming! The food and drinks are amazing! However, one thing I don’t like is how there were 2 girls working behind the counter, one of the girls was doing nothing. I watched her argue with customers openly and not serve customers who were waiting on their orders, while the other girl ran around doing everything. She was making drinks, taking orders, cleaning up, etc. just doesn’t seem right one person doing all the work, while the other didn’t do anything. Again, LOVE coming down here and being a local, love the coffee and atmosphere!“

“Went here for a breakfast date with my husband. It was really loud and chaotic b/c there were guest standing everywhere waiting for food. So if you want to have an initmate setting meaningful convo, go outside. The food & drinks were great I had a classic chicken biscuit and berry peach lemonade. My husband had classic breakfast tacos with bacon, smashed browns , and donuts.“

“Service is inconsistent - beware. The weekday experience is spot on 10 times out of 10.. The weekend? Not so much. Proceed with caution. I just received a caramel macchiato that tastes like a double shot dark roast. I ordered ahead in the app and it still took another 20 minutes to receive the double shot dark roast. 😑“
