“One of my favorite weekend breakfast spots. Wonderful food, friendly service.

I'm pretty much a creature of habit so I have quiche and sliced tomatoes, but the folks I eat with get the avocado toast with crispy bacon, the chicken biscuit, the rise and shine breakfast, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. All outstanding meals. We do have one friend who always gets cake for breakfast.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love coming here for Sunday mornings.“

I had been calling the rooftop restaurant for a couple of weeks to try and modify a reservation for a birthday party and after five or six attempts, they had not called me back. I eventually called the hotel and Desmond answered and even though it is completely separate and outside of his job responsibilities, he took down all my information and reached out to them on my behalf . Desmond was able to modify my reservation so that I did not have to drive down there an hour each way. He was very professional and I enjoyed talking with him. He is definitely in the right line of work because I felt like I was talking to a friend. Details matter, and Customer Service should still matter. Thank you, Desmond!! “I have been a customer with Nordstrom for years, before moving to NC. I was actually trained at a bank through a company who contracted to training Nordstrom employees, but in 1997. The customer service is generally, almost always impeccable! My dearest friend and I come here quite often for meetings and our lunch dates. We both now bring our families! Clarissa in the Bistro is hands down the kindness, most attentive human! There are some things that can’t be taught; empathy and compassion are two and in a service role you should possess these characteristics. I also want to give a shout out to Jesus, who gives me full attention when ordering online take out and tries to make sure my orders are correct (they all mostly know my likes etc) lol Thank you Nordstrom Bistro Southpoint!
