“I can't say enough--it is a local spot and the best turkey club I've had in a long time. Service was great and the staff were kind and attentive. Not to mention great live music lineups but that seems to just be Pittsboro as a whole.“

The Fearrington House Inn American
240 Market St, Pittsboro

“I've been interested in staying/dining at Fearrington for quite some time, so I was glad to finally have done it. I had the standard King room, with a view of the gardens, so that was nice. The king bed and sheets were soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was nicely done. They have a heating rack for towels, so that was a neat touch. I could see where this hotel really shines, in the Spring and Fall. The restaurant is great for the setting, atmosphere and presentation of the dishes. Funny enough, my favorite dish from here was the blueberry pancakes for breakfast. Those were the best blueberry pancakes I have ever had. The size and quality of the blueberries really stood out.Food & drinks: The restaurant is great for the setting, atmosphere and presentation of the dishes. “We stopped here for an early dinner on a Saturday evening. Ambience was nice, nothing special but clean and nicely done. We ordered the hot biscuits for the table and the kids enjoyed it. Their draft beer were good (tried the brown ale and the wheat beer). We had the flounder and the wanchese pompret, both were fresh fish and tasted great. The side dishes, presentation and taste were great. Especially the combination of vegetables, the butternut squash purée with the way the pompret was grilled as awesome ! Service was very attentive and courteous. Overall we enjoyed our experience here and will come again. The fact that their menu keeps changing is an added bonus to come and try new dishes.“
