He managed the front, prepared orders, and kept everything moving smoothly without breaking a sweat. Even under pressure, he stayed positive, upbeat, and delivered excellent customer service. It’s rare to see that level of leadership and professionalism during a rush. Huge shoutout to the general manager of the Hillsboro Road location job very well done!“

“First time visit to this location. In town to visit a friend at the VA hospital. Was not real hungry. Just needed something light to get my traveling party up the road towards home. Tro Smo is always a good choice. Ordered various smoothies. Exceptionally courteous staff. Took extra time to make sure our orders were prepared correctly. Location's aesthic appearance needs some attention. Enjoyed our visit.“
