“Visiting NC from PA. Stopped here for dinner tonight. Employees were nice and helpful. Food is very good! Prices are higher than I expected (though still not bad) but portions are huge so it makes sense. My younger daughter and I each got a plate of strips/fries. There's "only" 3 strips but they're huge. We easily could've shared one order. The sweet tea is delicious and they have the BEST ice. We weren't 100% sure if we were supposed to tip. You order at the counter and they deliver your food to your table. We just weren't sure if it was expected like a full service restaurant or not like fast food. This establishment falls somewhere in the middle so we opted to leave a tip. If we had one of these places locally, it would be added to our regular rotation of places we choose when I don't want to cook. I'd recommend it!“

“I go to admit in the time I’ve been in North Carolina this location has had the best service. They’re actually friendly and go the extra mile for you.
Don’t remember their names but on 12/13/24 at 2:30 PM therefore guys working vector in every single one of approached with respect smile except for one, I couldn’t see his face because he had a black mask on but i’m going to assume he was smiling to lol.
They even went the extra mile to put extra icing on the two turnovers that I ordered for my kids as I requested.
Service keeps going like this in this place I’ll just keep coming to this location, out of three locations that I visit, right now this is the one Thank you guys, Arod.“

“This was our first time trying Cook Out and we were not disappointed. The person who took our order was patient and kind. The waiting time for our food was really short. We ordered 3 Cookout burgers with cheese, a banana pudding shake, onion rings, fries with cajun seasoning, fried okra, nuggets, a regular burger, a corn dog. Everything we ordered was really good and the price was in a good range. (Even my dad approved, which is really rare)

Vegetarian options: There are options on the menu that do not have any kind of meat like the fries, onion rings but it doesn’t clearly specify that it’s vegetarian.“

“Every time we eat this restaurant it is absolutely awesome food the standard of measure that they use is on point and you will walk away full and the service there is polite and they truly care about serving you the perfect experience and with that the dining quality is great. The customer is treated absolutely awesome. This Taco Bell, to eat at is a number one in quality.

“Went through the drive through, Saturday May 16th? Ordered for 5 people, plus extras. Waited to order what has become a normal wait time anywhere..And when I got past the 2nd combo, the gentleman taking my order interrupted me, to tell me I may not want to wait that long. Only he and one other person showed up for work. I ordered a LOT of food, as it was breakfast, and we had all been up and working already. The food was ready in, again, what has become a normal amount of time about anywhere, and the only issue I later realized was we were short two hashbrowns. I ordered 5 combos, and extras, there were only two people working, Cornelius, and...Kiki? And they did a fantastic job, with what they had.“
