Although I haven’t personally purchased a printer yet, I recently learned from one of the gentlemen there that they have an amazing deal available, and I’m currently working toward taking advantage of it—including the printer, ink, and sugar sheets.
I have to say, my first experience with them was absolutely amazing. The staff are some of the nicest people you will ever meet—very patient, attentive, and genuinely focused on customer service. At this time, I’m not in a rush to purchase my own printer because it’s so convenient to simply upload my image online and have it printed for me. I can either pick it up or have it mailed, and even for last-minute orders, I can walk in and they’ll print an image with no issues at all.
The service is consistently reliable, fast, and friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for edible images.“
