“Everything was absolutely amazing!!First off lets talk about the impressive 100% sanitation rating, The prices were so reasonable and for the most high quality, heavenly donuts. Shoutout to Krystin who rang us up who had awesome customer service! The staff was so quick and efficient with making a dozen donuts it was done within 1 minute maybe less kid you not, Me and my husband truly had a great experience!! “the way the donut danced on my taste buds left me craving for more”- my husband. There is absolutely nothing you could ever find to complain about. We left with a big smile on our faces!😇“

“Wow—best bagel sandwiches in the area (we did egg and cheese with tomato) by far. The plain and everything bagels were great. And the baked cake donut was excellent as well. Fast and friendly service on a Friday morning around 8:45a. Would highly recommend Big Dom’s!“

“I like the chicken biscuits. The doughnuts are forgettable. But what I find egregious is a restaurant in the South, advertising Southern food (fried chicken, fried green tomatoes, pimento cheese, etc), that does not offer SWEET TEA. The choices here are bottled green tea or bottled tea mixed with lemonade 🤢 This location is super convenient for me, and I like the savory food, and I love that I can order ahead online, but having to stop somewhere else to get tea to go with it is what keeps me from coming here more often. If I have to go somewhere else to get sweet tea, I'll just end up getting my food somewhere else too. Come on y'all, this is the South. Y'all are based in Durham! Sweet tea is what most of us drink with fried chicken and biscuits. And besides that, brewed sweet tea offers a much higher profit margin than that bottled stuff. It costs literally just cents to brew a up a big tea urn, and you can sell it at the same price as the fountain drinks.“

“had been a few years since I had gone to Rise. didn't realize that the entire franchise had changed..now, very few donuts and a horrible and impersonal way of ordering. the apple fritter tastes like it was baked yesterday or at the very least 5 hours ago. even Dunkin donuts might be better and that's not saying much. RISE used to have the best donuts. they were unique and tasted fresh. not so anymore. I wouldn't return. I find it weird to order on a computer and pick up your food from a box with a door on it and then they deem to suggest you tip them for....for what? making the food that they already get paid to make? it's not like they're making waitress wages. I guess they're more known now for their biscuits, but either way...I wouldn't return based solely on the ordering experience.“

“Got in line this morning at 5:55 AM to buy the Harry Potter donuts for my grandkids and although they did not have all of them in stock, the young man waiting on me was extremely pleasant and very professional. Kudos to him for being such a joy so early in the morning. I honestly was not a fan of the donut sitting out not covered or in the counter.“

“WONDERFUL manager and crew who went over the top to make me happy all over a box of joe and a dozen donuts. Go to this one when in Cary. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Mr. A’s Beignets: A Powdered Sugar Revelation Mr. A’s beignets are so good, I had to sit down and reevaluate some life choices. Light, fluffy, perfectly fried, and drowning in powdered sugar—just like the ones in New Orleans… but honestly? Better. Yeah, I said it. One bite and I was spiritually transported to the French Quarter—minus the street smells and saxophones. These beignets are dangerously good. Like, “accidentally eat the whole box before pulling out of the parking lot” good. They’re golden perfection with a powdered sugar blizzard on top. Soft in the middle, crisp on the edges, and clearly made with love (and possibly sorcery). Highly recommend. Bring napkins. And self-control.“
