“I've not been in McDonald's in a very long time, till just last week, I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and black coffee. Biscuit was still as good as I remember from years ago. Unfortunately, I can not say the same about the coffee. It was poor quality, some kind of blend, not good at all.“

Specifically want to give kuddos to the young man working the window at 6:30 on 6/28 I think his name was Jamal but forgot to get a good look at the name tag. He was so kind and actually seemed like he was enjoying his job! Not the norm for fast food places.“

“The place was clean, the people were nice as they welcomed me to Arby’s when I came in. I could see very few staff but they were working hard to get the orders out. The food was good. Let’s face it, there are so many places short handed because people don’t want to work. I appreciate them being opened and working hard to serve the public.“

“I don’t come here often but when I did today, they didn’t have any BoRounds available and had to be cooked. I was waiting 5 min at the edge of the drive thru area and after about 10 dollars, the manager “Angelo”, came out with my food and apologized and provided me a reasonable credit for my wait. He acknowledged their delay and made sure I was pleased. This was done right in a day when most customer service is gone. Great job.“

Buffalo Cheesesteak with extra buffalo sauce and heavy ranch....MAKE IT SLOPPY! And man....they kill it EVERY time. Love these guys! - This may be too sloppy for some...but it's perfect!“
