“First time in Burnsville for a trip and tried out this shop. The workers there were all so nice and helpful. They’ll give you a number to take upstairs with you to the dining area. The coffee and food was delicious. I’ve already been to the shop with my sister 3 days straight just for the coffee and cinnamon rolls.Kid-friendliness: They do have a kids menu.“

Whenever they’re out of ingredients, they offer an alternative that they know I’ll like. Even though this location is just a kiosk and not a full blown store; they do the very best with what they have.“

“This starbucks is inside of ingles but I love it, everyone that works here has been great. I have always got exactly what I've asked for, and I say that because my wife is lactose intolerant and there has been so many times other starbucks put milk instead of whatever I or she had asked for at the moment. Here they haven't messed up one order in the two years ice been going here.“
