“Every time I go here, awesome service and tasty food!Today when I went here, I found them trying to fix a broken sign. Then they accidentally gave me the wrong food. But hear me out! We all live in a breaking world, but I think that as humans, it's not about what breaks but how you fix it and your attitude that really matters. And these people did great! They had a good attitude, had laughter in their voice when they welcomed me (presumably about the sign) when I first ordered, and had the right thing waiting for me when I came back around. I'm sure the sign will be fixed soon too. And hey, I got to try something new (power bowl) and it was much better than I expected! I'm proud of myself too because years ago, I'd have barely even touched it because I was so picky. What could have been a terrible visit was actually an awesome part of today's adventure for me! ? Keep it up, taco bell peoplesAlso to y'all complaining about portioning: ...idk what to tell ya, but they're probably just following portioning rules. If ya ask for a double portion, you might be happier“

“The man at the window was so sweet. My grandson took forever to order what he wanted and I apologize to man in the window and he was like"you don't worry about that you worry about that baby. We have more than enough time to wait on him." And the food was on point my grandbabies ate it like it was their last meal hahaha! Black mountain Wendy's is awesome!“

“KALEB WAS THE NICEST EMPLOYEE EVER!!! he offered me extra sauce FREE of charge. This guys deserves a RAISE!!! The food was MINDBLOWING. normally i wouldnt go to hardees because i dont like their food but the floods got me coming here and i couldnt recommend it any more than i can! This experience has changed me... moved me even... i LOVE YOU HARDEES EMPLOYESS <3“

“Impossible Whoppers always hit the spot! Always enjoy some BK fries alongside with it too! Staff was friendly. I cannot give a general review of the inside sanitation and parking, because I took drive - through.

“Lee's few workers at Subway honestly don't know how to make bread apparently because they're not baking the bread long enough and even after the bread is toasted if you order a toasted sub it's so soggy within like an hour's time that you can't even eat it it's the bread just mushes and falls apart and I don't like that gross I want a well proof and well-baked piece of bread I don't want to rock I'm not asking for you to make one so hard that it's going to break the freaking counter if you hit it on it but when bread is under baked considerably it gets soggy with any kind of toppings on it and when you order a sub that has wet toppings on top of it you might as well just plan on eating a mush sandwich it literally was like they don't my bread in water before they put the toppings on it I've never had a sub that soggy in my life
Parking: This location is connected to a gas station so the only parking is at the very very edge of the lot because you can't park and block the pumps so it doesn't leave you but maybe five open parking spots for all the customers of subway“

“Most pizza joint experiences can be mundane and unnoticeable but the night manager - Genie, made a profound impact on my experience here. They deserve a raise! Caring and attentive, they were sure to meet my needs. Not to mention, the place is spotless.I’m never going to a different pizza place ever again!“

“I believe this is the McDonald's at Black Mountain at the NC 9 exit right off 40... cheeseburgers and fries were fresh and hot, they really hit the spot! Ha!
I didn't go inside but parking lot and landscaped areas were neat and clean.
Parking: EZ in and back on NC 9 via stoplight.“
