“We actually live in Douglasville Georgia but found Pfieffers when we come to Shelby to visit family. We absolutely love it and Friday lunch is our first stop. My husband loves th Reuben and I love the cranberry chicken salad. I kidded our daughter that we couldn’t come out the week after Christmas because you are closed that week.“

“very decent people. I left my wallet in the restroom Sunday nite and forgot about it until Monday late afternoon. I called hoping and praying they found it.they had it up front at the register. I am so grateful for the boy's that work there. everything I own could of been lost because I lost that wallet.thank hoshi ..great food too.“

“Best pizza in town good customer service a the best part it is a good Christian environment they always playing good Christian music and they have a game room for the kids. Great for the family and all the people that work there are so friendly and all you have to do is ask for a pizza and they will make it for you love this place“

“My wife and I stopped into Ken & Mary’s restaurant for lunch. They serve breakfast and lunch . Breakfast all day . That’s what we got ! Delicious! They also have a buffet like option where you can pick out your meat and like two vegetables. Sundays they have a large buffet!
If you’re in Shelby NC stop in and give them a go ! You will be glad you did !! Our waitress was the best !!!

“We were in town and stopped here because the menu seemed to have something for everyone in our group. Everything we ordered was so good! Pizza, a wrap, and I had the spinach artichoke dip - probably the best I've ever had! The brown sugar on the breadsticks appetizer was a little much but next time we would just get light or none.
Shay was our server and she was great. Food came out quickly and the atmosphere was relaxed. Didn't drink but they had a nice selection of drafts. Would definitely go back and recommend!“

“Fantastic food, fantastic service, and good prices. I had the special pesto chicken wrap and my wife and gluten free ravioli. “We had a wedding rehearsal party at Mi Pueblito on Oct 30. The staff did an excellent job accomodating our 30 guests. Food was excellent. There was plenty, it was served hot and very tasty. We had our own room. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you for making this a very pleasant experience as mother of the groom. We will be back.“

“I will be perfectly honest. The family wanted pizza buffet, and suggested Pizza Inn. This place holds special memories for me, as it was my first job, and also the place where I'd met my children's father many moons ago. Upon seeing the low review scores, I almost turned around.
They talked me into trying it, and I decided to go in and check it out for myself. Here's the breakdown:
1. Food was very good. Once staff noticed guests really went for the cheese pizzas, they focused on making those, and kept them coming. They also announce what type of pizzas they are bringing out.
2. Staff was friendly to us. We were welcomed upon entering, and our server was very attentive to us.
3. Restaurant had great ambiance. Soothing visuals on the tv screens were ocean views and nature.
4. Restrooms were clean and well supplied.
5. Our table was pre-bused on a regular basis.
6. Condiments and napkins were full.
I'm not certain of the specifics of the one star reviews, but I could find no reason not to give this restaurant and this experience well deserved five stars.

“I recommend the waitress Monica Barrera at the IHOP in Panorama City Calif as she gives such great and wonderful service. She asks if everything is ok and always comes back to give refills. This is much appreciated. Best wishes from the original Johnny Blaze, and "may the Blaze be with you."“
