“My favorite breakfast in Boone! Their bagels are always fresh and delicious, their drinks are tasty, and I absolutely love their breakfast potatoes. My boyfriend lives out of town, and when he comes to visit, we always have to come here. I like to get the Asiago bagel, and he's a fan of the Everything but the Kitchen Sink sandwich. Have been here several times and am never disappointed.“
“This is a family-owned and operated diner that reminded me of some I grew up eating at. No frills nor trendy decor, just old-fashioned (meant positiviely) service and traditional food for a good price. Great pancakes, decent sausage patties, really good grits, and the scrambled eggs were just right. The service was attentive and very polite. It appears they may be closing shop soon which is a shame. It seems like corporate, franchised restaurants continue to expand whereas gems like this fade away. Eat here while you still can - highly recommended!“
“Best breakfast food I've had, if you like sasuages you have to get them! Service was great but there wasn't alot of seating, we were lucky and didn't have a wait when we got there, but it got real busy when we went to leave, there was a line out the door. Even if you have to wait, it's well worth it for the food!“
“Me and my family walked into waffle house for some brinner (breakfast for dinner) and sat at the counter, our waiter was pixie, pixie was super sweet and we had a great conversation with pixie and the food was great, sam made our food and cooked it perfectly!! pixie gave us dinner and a show, showed us a magic trick too!“
“I decided on Boone Bagelry rather than grabbing something from a local chain. I love local eateries!I was not disappointed! I had a bagel/cream-cheese and coffee. The bagel was crusty on the outside chewy on the inside. The coffee was nice and hot. They have many different kinds of bagels. They also have many different kinds of cream cheese spreads. The staff / friendly. I enjoyed my coffee and bagel so much, when I come back to Boone, I’m heading back to this place for a warm and refreshing experience.Lots of parking in their own parking lot .“
“The location was convenient for us and the food was okay but not particularly memorable. Somehow I missed the grand view. Maybe they had the misfortune of having a neighbor put up a building in the middle of the view which had given the restaurant its name. Also, I've never gotten toast at a restaurant and only gotten one slice of bread. It's the cheapest and simplest thing to get as a breakfast item add on or part of an entree and I've always gotten two slices.“
“as of recently(4/12) they must have gotten a new kitchen manager or chef. The food is phenomenal lately. Everything tastes so fresh. Definitely recommend trying it out again. It seems like they are putting in way more effort than when they first opened up.Favorite items:- The Vicious- Side of potatoes- Strawberry jam“
