“I'm not a big fast food fan, eating out only when I don't have anything made at home which isn't often. Yet I have always been pleasantly pleased with Subway fare and Staff. The store is clean, Staff professional, curteous, and attentive to my order. The subs are fresh, well made, tasty, and I am always impressed with the service and quality there. Beats burgers and fries any day!“

“I give service a 3 star rating because one of the employees (His name is Philip), has been a rude server. There were two instances of his rudeness; one was when I asked a cashier if the cheeseburger had two patties or one and in an abrupt fashion he points at the menu which was quite unnecessary. Then there was another time when he called me and my mother's order and pushed one of the bags which again, didn't need to happen. When making people's food and explaining the menu the customers you have to give genuine service and not show a poor attitude. It's a poor reflection on the store and your coworkers.“

“As Bojangles' go, this one is a pretty good one. The drive-thru is quick and easy to get in/out.

Perhaps the best thing though is the location on NC-98. It's convenient for both westbound and eastbound traffic as well as traffic on Old Creedmoor but actually getting in and out of the parking area and the drive-thru can be a confusing trial and error session until you understand how the traffic best flows for you.“

In my experience, the lines move quickly and my order(s) have always been correct. This location does an excellent job to me, especially with the tremendous traffic they have all day long.
