“Fairly new to this area. I rarely get fast food or eat out. After a few decades in food management, I got tired of sub-par customer experience and good food. I was craving a hot Bojangles biscuit though... wanted a late breakfast.

Went here between 1130-12p. Got sausage egg and cheese biscuit combo. The wait was a bit long in drive thru, but MAN, it was so worth it once I ate the food. I am so stupidly impressed. The biscuit tasted fresh and I never usually get that after AM hours. Even the egg tasted fluffy and fresh, cheese melted.... the Bo rounds were definitely fresh.

Wanted to make sure I came on and let the company and store know. I know all too well its easy to hear only the bad stuff. The food tasting great and being fresh is well worth if drive thru gets backed up and times get a little longer.

Huge thank you to this store and team working on this shift! Ill spread the word all day long if I see this is consistent and not a one off. Great job team.

“About 40 min delivery. I’ve had wings from other locations that are overcooked w/out much sauce. These were great! I had sodas not delivered, when the driver (Mendy) went back and got them for us. The Triple Treat Box was great also. 10/10“

“Amazing!!!! We came to this restaurant because they offer corn smut (huitolocoche) as a vegetarian option. \n\nI ordered the quesadilla with the corn smut and it was excellent!!!! I’ve never tried it before and am so excited to add this to my menu. We asked and they get it fresh from Mexico. \n\nI ordered two tacos as well. One nopal (cactus) taco, fresh and out of this world good. The other was the squash blossom which I could eat every day!!!!!\n\nI like to leave positive reviews when possible and this restaurant’s food is so good I just had to review. \n\nI’m from out of town and sadly can’t visit this restaurant unless I’m in town again but if I come back i definitely will.“

“This Cook Out location maintains the brand standards of several other locations we’ve visited. Service is good and fast, and food quality is more than sufficient for the price. It’s a clean dining room and we would have no problem visiting again, when the opportunity presents itself.“

“Delivery was fast and the food was good. But the person who took our order was obviously not interested in doing his job well. Got our order wrong, and fries and chocolate milk were left out of the kids meals. It's never happened before, so I didn't check. But I will be checking from now on.“

“I had my dog with me when we went through the drive-thru and the employees had a fit over him and was so sweet to him gave him doggie treats and was talking to him and just made him so happy just hell was wagging when we left and that was amazing and thanks to the fast service me and my pop got to have a really good lunch and he loved his chicken nuggets and water.“

“Great hot food. Clean, friendly staff. Inside and outside area very neat and clean! Fish cooked very well not burnt or raw. Fries not soggy. Cole slaw very tasty. Corn really good.Hush puppy s cooked very good and very good tasting.. “Stopped at a Chick-fil-A in NC on our drive and wow, their drive-thru was impressive! We’ve never seen anything like their fleet of Chick-fil-A cars for delivering food—super cool and efficient. Team members were out in the line taking orders with tablets; ours was so friendly, quick, and knew exactly what to suggest. We got our food fast, everything was spot-on and tasted amazing as always. I love Chick-fil-A—consistently the best!“

“This might be one of the best Chick-fil-A restaurants I've visited. The service as great, and despite stopping in at a busy time, the food came out in great timing and was delicious. For anyone who's visiting Asheville like I was or lives there and needs a good place to eat and relax, I highly recommend this location!“

“This is a great Mod. Ordering on the app for pickup is super easy especially if I want it for lunch. I get pizza or salad depending how healthy I feel that day. Always get whatever toppings I feel like, most times it’s a weird combo so they probably think I’m crazy. But they always make it good anyway. Extremely underrated vegan pizza IMO

“My car hop was so sweet, I wish I could remember their name 🤔. Always fast and delicious! My favorite is their supersonic breakfast burrito, hits the spot with a good amount t of kick from them jalapeños. This is the best Sonic within 30 miles!“

“The classic chicken sandwich is super delicious. Great light crispy breading, the pickles add a nice salty touch and the bun is a little sweet. And, Cheerwine bourbon slush! Need I say more?“

“I have been to many fast food restaurants since the pandemic first came about and have had issues in one form or another at each and every one of them. But let me tell you about this crew at Wendy’s on Smokey park…. From the moment you walk in the door until you walk out they are the most polite and cheerful group. They acknowledged us when we came in and the cashier was stocking the condiments and cleaning the drink counter. She said I will be right with you and quickly finished up what she had started and came to take our order. The employees in the back cooking and assembling went right to work getting our order together. I made a mistake on my order and she quickly allowed me to fix it and was gracious about it and not rude like other places have been. We sat down and ate and others came in and they were just as polite. It was like a breathe of fresh air in these trying times we are in. 1000000% would recommend you eating here and seeing what I got to witness today.“

“Good was hot, ladies were genuine and charismatic! They were ecstatic to welcome us in. They gave us extra sauces, and made sure our food was nice and hot! Was quiet and clean when we went in (including the restrooms, being just cleaned and upkept )“

“My go-to McDonalds. This is one of the few McDonald's whose shakes have the right amount of syrup added (last time I checked). I drink a lot of milkshakes, and most McDonald's seem to get the ratio wrong (West Asheville and Weaverville, I'm looking at you). The woman who drives the purple car is also hilarious and pleasant to talk to. Food is usually pretty fresh. I've never experienced their ice cream machine down.“

“This Bojangles location is plagued with issues. Many times especially lately, got home and found out items were missing. Went by there the other day for breakfast. The automated speaker was working, place to order went around, there was not a single person in the building. There was one light in the back of the building and no one there. Don't know what the problem is but hope they get it straightened out soon.“

“Only if they made food ready to go instead of waiting for the order I realize it's fresh when it's made to order but when you only have 30 minutes to eat and get back to work it's a pain

“Hadn't been to an Arby's in years. Went to try the Gyro sandwich and wow was it awesome. I am a Greek food fan. I didn't think it would be great, but I was pleased. The lamb meat is just like the traditional kind. Good lettuce, red onion, tzatziki sauce too. Will return.“

That is great! Also I can tell they have a great manager. Tonight we were missing one of our combos. So we drove back. It happens when you have a family of 4 and your orders are kinda big, Items sometimes get missed. The manager made sure it got taken care of quickly and made sure to encourage his employee to stay aware of the details. It just makes me trust this location. He obviously cares about accuracy and doing things right. Thank you to the manager.

The employee Paula was very nice and made sure we had exactly what we asked for and was super polite. She is the kind of person that makes you want to come back :)“

“Wow Nicholas Freeman Manager at merrimon location I remember Nicholas Freeman at Biltmore location night closing he always wears smiles and very Friendly. Nicholas goes out of his way to make sure Food is always Hot.“
