It's a rough day for my family and we couldn't have asked for a kinder, sweeter, or friendlier group of locals. The Pelican family went out if it's way to make us feel loved and welcome, to the point of tears. “Tonight's we went because we heard they had chargrilled octopus as an appetizer. OMG‼️It was out of this world! Chargrilled octopus, drizzled with a lovely lemon vinaigrette & microgreens, served with grilled potatoes, and a great charred lemon. Chef Larry outdid himself...to the point that I ordered another one to take home and freeze! Staff and bartenders were excellent‼️ We highly recommend you make it to Michael's ‼️😍♥️👍👍👍“

“My daughter loves their live music and ice cream! They've had everything from DJs to bluegrass bands almost every night. Great place to go sit and have drinks on the pier with easy parking.

“They no longer serve food and are strictly a bar but they said that you can bring food in. The drink prices seemed to be the best on the boardwalk and the bartender was very friendly and accomodating. They open early and are very close to the beach.

No beers on tap but will provide an ice cold pint glass on request. Oldest bar in the area established in 1957.

Not a whole lot going on decor or asthetic wise but they did have some nice tv's that were actually playing some normal stuff for a bar (a baseball game) which was really refreshing after visiting a few other bars that either didn't have tvs or were playing really odd channels.“
