“Friends have been telling me that some of the best sandwiches you can get in Wilmington, and l’m starting to believe. It’s not about having the most interesting ideas, or the most crazy combinations. Sometimes it all about good ingredients, put together in a way that makes your palate happy. Staff were super friendly and inviting, beer selection was great, and although not the largest menu (that’s a good thing), everything I saw on it I could see myself ordering. Chips were awesome and homemade, and the bread was also great. Too bad I don’t work downtown, cause I would be here a lot!“
“Dropped in for dinner. Picked the original chicken salad croissant sandwich with provolone cheese and a side of poblano Mac and cheese. The sandwich was delicious; did not have an over bearing taste, very mild. Also, the restaurant has a perfect sanitary score of 100.“
“This has been my favorite place to eat for the last 5 years. When I heard they were opening a location in Leland, I became elated. Recently, every time I go, I am greeted with great customer service from Justine. She is truly just a wonderful, delightful person. This place is delicious, and the customer service is top-notch. “There is no better Firehouse in the country than the one in Leland. Chris and his crew are fantastic and always make sure the atmosphere in the restaurant is great. I've ordered the same sandwich in 5-6 different firehouses and they never compare to the ones from Leland.“
“Lori and the staff at Beach Bagels Wrightsville Beach did an amazing job for us this past weekend. We needed subs to feed a large group of Groomsmen prior to a wedding. Lori put together 3 different sub selections (loved all but especially the Annie) She had them cut in half and wrapped in paper so they could be hand held and easy to eat. The subs were delicious! Packed full of meat, not the typical "mostly bread" version you can get elsewhere. She also did one gluten free bagel version for me. She made 5 delicious breakfast Bagels for us at 6:30 am the day before for a golf outing! The " Heart Attack" on a everything bagel was a huge hit!Great food and excellent service!!“
“I ordered two subs from this location on 2/22/24. This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes I have ever been in, and my sub was made perfect. Both subs were labeled and the customer service was great.Parking: They have a free parking lot.Kid-friendliness: If your child likes sandwiches you will be in luck.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair friendly restaurant.“
“My husband and I ordered online so when we got there our food was ready. Customer service was great. Not gonna lie I was disappointed at first cause our food just didn't look great and like someone just put chicken on bread and that was that. Then I tried it and oh my gosh I am completely hooked. We both had to make ourselves stop eating cause we were full but it was so delicious. This is my new spot now!!“
“Genuinely one of the best restaurants to be in Wilmington. I came with my best friend and the manager, Savannah, knew his order down to his special requests. Not to mention, the absolutely fabulous, Sarah who always has a warm smile and inviting personality. Oh and did I mention, Savannah even recognized multiple people that were both coming in to the restaurant, as well as people currently dining. Truly an amazing thing to see. Such a small act can go a long way.“
“Best "fast food sandwich shop" option in my opinion. There are a few Jersey Mike's in Wilmington, and I enjoy all of them. I honestly wonder how Subway manages to stay in business when Jersey Mike's is an option that exists.“
“It's ok to park in the back in the huge parking lot for the whole shopping center; they have a back door that makes it convenient. Honestly the actual parking lot for this place is absolutely horrible. Imagine being offended by a parking lot! Not necessary: just park in the back. I have to wonder how many accidents have happened because of this very poor design.Anyway. This is apparently a pretty well-run sub shop. The staff seems to have a decent attitude and the place is well cared for. If you haven't had a Firehouse sub before, I highly recommend it; IMHO they're the best of the big chains, and this particular restaurant makes good subs and is well cared for. Highly recommend.“
“Just left Jersey Mike's here during lunchtime, very busy. The staff was efficient and friendly. I have a real question about some of the poor reviews left here. Imagine yourself standing behind the counter with a line and people staring at you. A door Dash driver came in and didn't speak English. The young girl told him a red bag of Doritos and a blue Gatorade so he went and picked up a blue bag of lays potato chips, twice. A customer in line pointed him towards the cooler and gave him a Gatorade. Just shaking my head. If you were never in the service industry, you won't understand. I appreciate what you all do and I'll be back.“
“So I came in about 3 weeks ago and it’s a new staff,when I say excellent customer service. I told the “newly hired” manager that I will make sure I would come back to visit her,and when I walked in she remembered and gave the biggest smile ever. Such a wonderful crew on my visit for today. Laura,Lexis and the young man with the brown eyes was simply amazing as they took each persons order,within a timely manner. I give them all 5 plus stars as this location has gotten waaaaay better starting with the customer service.“

“Jersey Mike's makes a top-notch sub. They are always friendly, and patient and care about making you a delicious sub, exactly how you want it. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for the quality product and service. You're gonna have a good experience. That's worth a few extra bucks in my book. They have never let me down. I love a giant #2 on white Mike's way, add mayo, hold the vinegar. It's just a thing of beauty.“
“So so delicious!! I came to Wilmington for an extended weekend and ended up eating here two mornings in a row it was so good! I got the heart attack on an Asiago bagel and I couldn’t get over how fresh and soft and chewy the bagels were. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about this place since we got home and am so sad there’s not one closer to me!!!“
“Have not been to subway in a couple years. This was a pleasant surprise. The food was pretty decent and used the app to get the buy one foot long get one free. The inside of this store is a bit small and is connected to a convenience store. The service looked like it was going kind of slow, but we still got our phone app order in 15 minutes at the time it said it would be ready. I would come here again. “Stopped here for lunch today . It's similar to a Panera Bread , but just a little different . The restuarant is tired , it's needs an update but it's clean . I opted for a Chicken Waldorf ; chicken , dried cranberries, apple , and walnuts. It's comes with lettuce , tomato and onion , I opted for wheat since they were out of cranberry bread and no onion. I also opted for the bag of baked chips and pickle spear. It arrived fast and looked good . The chicken salad was tasty , it needed some seasoning. The serving size was a little light . There was ample chicken and I found just a few pieces of apple. I would come back and try something else.“

“I ordered through Uber eats. At 1st I hesitated because of the prices. They are not bad but a little more expensive than Subway. Well let me tell you, it was definitely worth it ! Everything tasted so good, all the ingredients were high quality, and the bread was soft fresh and warm ! And they were very generous with the ingedients! Will def order again..“
