Tony was great at explaining why there is some only the original location open. I remember when there were 4 locations. The food still tastes the same and the sanitation score was 98. Taco Tuesday is a hit and the Bandidos Electric Tea was good. The margarita was made from a special order mix which made light drinkers enjoy it. Will have to make an effort to come more often than just a wedding anniversary.
Used to go to the location in Hillsborough back in the early 2000s and wanted to see if this was as good as I remembered… it was! Can’t go wrong with anything you order, but def try the fried ice cream for dessert!
Sometimes hard to see since it’s down a little alley in Chapel Hill (close to Sutton’s and Clouds)… but it has good Mexican food and good service. There used to be a location in Hillsborough that I grew up on and the food is exactly the same as I remembered it!! I like to order a pitcher of margs, a chipotle chicken quesadilla, and Oreo fried ice cream to make me one happy camper!
