I came to Optimus Hall for date night with my wife. I wanted to check out the Indian restaurant. I also got a sushi burrito too. There’s a lot of good food in this food hall . really good drinks from the bar. I have been wanting to check out this pasta spot for a while now, but I was hesitant because a lot of influencers were talking about it and I don’t trust some of them . The food is impressive. Absolutely delicious. I particularly love the rice balls. I had the mushroom Alfredo and I can’t wait to have it again. This is one restaurant that lives up to its Instagram photos.

ESO Artisanal Pasta is a restaurant that offers some of the best pasta. The service is immaculate, patient, and knowledgeable, with staff who really know how to sell you on the menu. The noodles are soft and flavorful, perfectly balanced by the mushrooms. The mushroom Alfredo has such a deep flavor, and the Orecchietta is so fresh with a refreshing tomato flavor and a perfect spice level. The fettuccine Alfredo is absolutely delicious, and there is plenty for two. The rice balls are impressive, and the seasonal focaccia with whipped ricotta on top is a dream. Portion sizes are amazing. The food travels well and tastes great. The vibe is great, and the staff is very kind. This is one restaurant that lives up to its Instagram photos and is at the top of Italian places in Charlotte. It is a new pasta place and a new place to order from.
