“We’ve been to a lot of firehouse locations and love their food but the service has been lacking. This location however, their staff was too notch. From our order being taken to an employee who obviously just got off a shift asking how our food was. You can tell that they like working together, take care of each other and are there to work. I applaud the staff, the training and the manger. Thanks for a great experience!“

“This was my first time coming to firehouse subs. A lot of friends and family told me about firehouse subs have great subs and I happened to be next to one. I was welcomed with great customer service that created a calm and friendly experience. The subs were fresh and very satisfying for my first experience. I will be back another day to try different subs.“

“I went here last night on July 21st around 9 pm and there was a girl and a guy working. They had a really rude customer come in and the way they both handled the situation was great to see. They kept calm and even though what the guy was complaining about had nothing to do with them and was out of their control, she apologized anyways and had a great attitude. I know it’s hard dealing with the public especially after a long day at 9:00pm, so it was really impressive and nice to see. I hope they get recognized in some way and enjoyed the rest of their night. The sandwiches slapped too??“

“Rena and torata were super friendly and helpful. I ordered a Large veggie sandwich but needed to customize the sandwich. They were patient as i went through the ingredient list and knowledgeable about the vegetarian options. I also ordered a Large Cajun chicken sandwich and it hits every time!“
