“Blessing on Friday the 13th.
Trying to reward my son who continues to get straight A's and only wants a Firehouse sub. I single mother of two working two jobs. Have tried for the last month to get over here and reward him. I once again did not make it on time but my cashier saw us come to the door and begin to walk away, came to the door to ask us if he could make us a sub. My son is in love with the Cajun chicken sandwich. He said it was his favorite he never skipped a beat on just being amazing. Showing no frustration since the place was closing and I know he had things to clean up. I cannot say enough how he blessed me. holding a conversation with my young man as he made the sandwich was not but I thank him for the conversation and blessing my son with his favorite sandwich.
Okay every time I walk into this Firehouse we receive the greatest greeting. They acknowledge my children. They make everybody feel welcomed and I just appreciate that. It's just it's amazing. I am truly blessed and I think Firehouse for the employees that they hire. Great job. I will recommend this location to everyone who loves Firehouse subs. Just amazing.

“Just grabbed a Hook & Ladder from Firehouse Subs, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, quick, and on point with the service.

The sandwich itself? Straight fire. It's piled high with smoked turkey breast and honey ham, then topped with melted Monterey Jack cheese—and every bite was perfectly balanced. The meats were fresh and flavorful, and that signature steam-melting made the cheese hit just right. Add in the crisp lettuce, juicy tomato, and their tangy deli mustard and mayo, and you've got a sub that’s both classic and satisfying.

What I really appreciate is the quality—nothing feels prepackaged or rushed. You can tell they put care into stacking it just right. I also grabbed a side of chips and a drink to round it out, and left full but not stuffed.

“This was my first time coming to firehouse subs. A lot of friends and family told me about firehouse subs have great subs and I happened to be next to one. I was welcomed with great customer service that created a calm and friendly experience. The subs were fresh and very satisfying for my first experience. I will be back another day to try different subs.“
