“One of the best restaurants/bars in Charlotte. Everything on the menu is good and a great selection of beers on draft. The wings, burger and fish and chips are some of the best I've had anywhere, and the vegetarian options on the menu are all exceptional. “Little hole in the wall spot in Charlotte. Came for a lunch break during a job and it was very good food. Simple and good flavor. Had a bacon cheeseburger with onion rings. Seems the sides are obviously frozen but still okay. Burger was very good. Big portion and great flavor. Just a good burger.“
“I got the salmon platter which come with shrimp both AMAZING. They came on a bed of yellow rice which I loved. I got the green beans (really good) and collard greens(they were sweet so not a fan) as my sides. I ordered a side of the chili lime wings (I think that was the sauce) they were fire, like really good. I definitely recommend this place. The staff were really friendly.Order in advance to avoid the wait and take it to go, it’s really small and not well ventilated.“
“Wow! The hype was real! I had to check out this place before they shut down on Sunday. The Ma Duke's plate w/catfish was delicious! Some of the best fish ever! Bubba chucks were awesome... light and fluffy. The stewed greens tasted great although a lil' too much sauce. The field pea slaw was like regular slaw. Jimmy sauce was tasty! Nice atmosphere eating at their bar. Very glad I was able to experience Jimmy Pearls. Best wishes to these guys in their next endeavor!!!“
