Absolutely horrible customer service!!! Took my money, made commitments for reservation but bumped me at the last minute without any explanation or apology. At the time I made my reservation there was no one on the calendar. I paid my deposit and was told I was good to go. A few days later I get a call that I’m bumped and there is nothing they can do to further assist me. I have people coming from out of town to this event with no venue. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!
I, unfortunately, have to give this review knowing I’ll never go back to this place again. Harbor Inn used to be a great mid-priced place to get some delicious food and be completely stuffed when you left. Well, first, my fiancé went to wash his hands in the restroom. There were no paper towels so he went to the front to just say excuse me, ma’am. The men’s bathroom is out of paper towels. She just looked at him and was like ok. Great dining experience. Our server was wonderful ❣️Food was delicious 😋 and a family dining across from my mom and I paid it forward. We felt blessed for an awesome experience this evening… can’t wait to taste my red velvet cheesecake 😋😋
