Jack in the Box in Charlotte

“I have been coming to this jack in the box for about a decade or more. Every single time I could've put in a nice complaint in for. Today was different for a change. This young man named Christian tended to me. He took his time to make sure my order wa correct, even cracked a little joke when I told him to please give me a second. When he told me to pull around to the window, he made sure that I had all the condiments that I needed and sending me my order with the biggest smile he could've given me. I know that working in the fast food industry can be shitty specially nowadays. Christian genuinely seems that he enjoys providing exceptional customer service. To top it off food was freshly cooked and not a single complaint was had.“

“The lady running the window was just wonderfully pleasant I had to leave a review. Chicken tenders were too salty but the fact that she was so nice made up for the food. Got all my dipping sauces and my egg rolls were good! The receipt says Iveson. I would revisit. Customer service in fast food is not easy but she nailed it!“

Went there today 👎 10/ 3.... I ordered the breakfast jack combo. Sandwich was cold, they forgot my hashbrown. They were out of coke again. Also ordered a egg roll they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed with my order

“The food was amazing!! It was hot and fresh and I don't mind having to wait for food so I know its fresh. The service was amazing. We were there really late at night after a long 16 hour work day and they made our night so much better. They were very friendly and did a great job. Anytime I'm in this area I will look forward to eating there again.“

“I haven’t been to a Jack in the box in years. Was in town with my boys. We were hungry and headed to a panthers game. Hit the drive thru. We all ordered burgers and tacos. Everything was served hot and delicious. We waited a minute but I’m happy to when the food comes out high quality.“
