“The lady running the window was just wonderfully pleasant I had to leave a review. Chicken tenders were too salty but the fact that she was so nice made up for the food. Got all my dipping sauces and my egg rolls were good! The receipt says Iveson. I would revisit. Customer service in fast food is not easy but she nailed it!“

Went there today 👎 10/ 3.... I ordered the breakfast jack combo. Sandwich was cold, they forgot my hashbrown. They were out of coke again. Also ordered a egg roll they were out of sweet and sour sauce. Disappointed with my order

“The food was amazing!! It was hot and fresh and I don't mind having to wait for food so I know its fresh. The service was amazing. We were there really late at night after a long 16 hour work day and they made our night so much better. They were very friendly and did a great job. Anytime I'm in this area I will look forward to eating there again.“
“I do not understand how this place is not busy all the time. I mean there is a McD next door that is busy and has burgers that are not as good, not even close. I think this is one of the better fast food burgers there are. They are on the line of culvers or Wendy's. They also have huge salads and tons of other items. Give it a try.“
“I haven’t been to a Jack in the box in years. Was in town with my boys. We were hungry and headed to a panthers game. Hit the drive thru. We all ordered burgers and tacos. Everything was served hot and delicious. We waited a minute but I’m happy to when the food comes out high quality.“

“Had Jack in the Box for the first time 2 months ago on a trip to Charlotte! We went extremely late because nothing else was open! My food was wonderful and FRESH! The ladies there had a long time and still were super nice and professional!! That spicy chicken sandwich was my favorite!!“
