Great location that was able to get us a suite in 15 minutes. My wife and newborn were able to take a nap and relax. The attendant worked to get us the largest suite so we had more room for the baby to sleep. I used priority pass too! The attendant was the only one working so it felt a bit disorganized but everything worked out great!Kid-friendliness: Dark room with white noise

If you travel frequently, it can be challenging to deal with the throngs of flyers that are crowding airports, especially recently with the surge in post-COVID vacationers. I avoid flying through Charlotte because the airport is so crowded and chaotic, but my flight was cancelled and I was involuntarily rerouted though Charlotte. I had to get some work done and I dreaded the crowded and loud Admirals Clubs. I booked an hour at this Minute Suites. It's great: like a small hotel room, and very quiet.
