Don't order unless you have 20 minutes to wait. And that's being first in line. No seating available either. Literally the slowest service I have ever encountered. Staff was friendly.
While traveling, we stopped in Charlotte for breakfast in between flights. With a little figuring out of where to enter the restaurant, we were able to place our order with a very nice employee and have our food within eight minutes. The coffee was scrumptious and the food was delicious.

Panera Bread offers great food, although there may be occasional errors with orders. The atmosphere is amazing, and some locations have helpful and friendly staff. One customer noted that the lady working the drive-thru window was super sweet and made sure their order was correct. However, some customers have reported discrepancies with their orders, like not enough dressing with a "You Pick Two" meal. The restaurant's location can be inconvenient, with limited access and parking, which might deter some customers. While the kitchen staff can be loud, making it difficult to hear conversations, they are very polite and helpful when interacting with customers. Overall, Panera Bread has its strengths, like freshly prepared food and excellent customer service, but inconsistencies and accessibility issues may affect the overall experience.
