“Our experience yesterday was okay we waited just to obtain the menu then the food it was okay the pupusas were big and had good taste now the salsa was bad watery without flavor and the repollo “ pike cabbage very bad cut and Simple now the prices extremely high the drinks too high overall. It’s a típico “
“Was a great restaurant. Only had pupusas a few times but these were very tasty. Food took a bit to arrive but I would assume it was made fresh. I wasn’t a fan of their horchata, I’ve only ever had Mexican horchata so I wasn’t familiar with Salvadoran horchata. Won’t be getting that again, it tasted like there was maybe cocoa or coffee in it? Anyways, that doesn’t take away from the restaurant, everyone has different taste buds“
“The food is very delicious and they are super friendly.Kid-friendliness: It is a fairly healthy and clean environment for children.Wheelchair accessibility: It is spacious so you can eat very comfortably. They also have a very extensive health service.“
“Very good place to enjoy with your family, with free parking, they serve you to taste. You can order however you want your dish to come out. Not necessarily as it appears on the menu. Very delicious pupusas. I will return as many times as I want. I recommend it.“
“Stopped in for a late night dinner and although I'm on a plant based diet there was nothing open late night with any food options so I decided on getting seafood. I ordered the mojarra frita a la mexicana which was my go to before going plant based, but the didn't have the whole dish and offered me filets instead, but prepared the shrimp as they would have in the ordered dish. It was great. My wife ordered the Sopa de mariscos a la mexicana and that soup has such a tasty broth I wanted to drink it.“
“Good food. We had the fajitas chicken beef and steak. It was very tasty. More meat would be nice and a little less smashed tomatoes and peppers. But the food was delicious. You get flour tortillas and a side of smashed beans, rice, and lettuce for your tacos.“
“Authentic Salvadoran restaurant the Pupusas were amazing we loved the revueltas (cheese, beans and pork) lengua(ox tongue) tacos were tender and perfectly cooked. The torta was good - the bread especially - we had the asada and chorizo. - Steak Baldueno (spelling might be wrong) - like a quesadilla was very good the steak was seasoned very nicely. Plenty of parking, clean and the lady at the counter spoke enough English to explain the dishes well and was very friendly. Will be back!“
“Absolutely delicious food. They are authentic! The food is delicious and the prices are tight. The place isn't sexy and the vibe isn't upscale but it's authentic people and food. Their generosity and hospitality are amazing and the food is delicious. I can't tell you that it's easy to communicate but it's not hard to love the way they help you and you'll get through it just fine. Definitely two thumbs way up !“
“I'm from Atlanta and it's been so hard finding good pupusas in Charlotte. These do not compare to my usual food in Atlanta but they get the job done. The queso pupusas were really good but the chicharron pupusas were mid. Something tasted off, maybe locking flavor. If I can't find a better spot then I'll come here.“
“Very very tasty food. I go here during lunch time every once in a while and the taste of the food never disappoints. Their Yuca, Elote cream, and "bistec encebollado" are among my favorites. The prices are great compared to what my experience has been in other local places that serve similar type food. Even better is the fact that they serve very decent portions. I love this place and I recommend it to anyone that wants to try something new and delicious. Annnnnnd... if you want to try a delicious pastry of theirs, as for "Budín".... It is a slice of heaven.“
“Pupusa 503 is my partner and I’s favorite take out spot. It is always hot, fresh and delicious. There is not one thing on the menu that we haven’t loved, even though I’m from Colombia - the food always tastes like home. The soups are something my grandma would make and the pastelitos and pupusas are beyond delicious. I cannot rave enough about how phenomenal this place is!“
