I am visitor from Houston to Charlotte for this week. I find way more sugar in my bakery and other edible items in my food wherever i go in Houston. This place ‘Village Juice’ among other places in the area keep sugar content reasonable. I tried 6 items and each of them wer as fresh as i can just about imagine. I am glad i tried their edibles and drinkables.

Village Juice & Kitchen is a popular restaurant that offers healthy lunch and smoothie options, located inside Optimist Hall. This establishment is a great spot for health-conscious individuals, with plenty of vegan and vegetarian options available. The menu is clearly labeled for dietary restrictions, including gluten-free choices. The smoothie bowls, like the Eternal Sunshine and Feisty Rabbit, are highly praised for their fresh and delicious ingredients. The staff is friendly, and the service is efficient, featuring a text notification system for food readiness. Customers also enjoy the açaí bowl, which is described as delicious, though some should note that cacao nibs are chocolate in case of allergies. The menu includes favorites like the Green Cocoa smoothie, which is refreshing and just the right amount of sweet, as well as the chicken, bacon, avocado wrap, noted for being super filling and flavorful. The restaurant does not use seed oils, which many health-conscious diners appreciate. Despite minor mishaps, such as a customer dropping food on the floor, the staff responds kindly and offers to remake meals free of charge. Overall, Village Juice & Kitchen remains a go-to place for lighter, healthier meals and refreshing drinks, with friendly service and consistently fresh options.
