“I have never in my life gone through a drive thru that gave me a better experience than Chick-Fil-a until today!!! I am also someone who doesn’t typically leave a review but my experience was so wonderful I felt like this particular location needed a rave review. The woman taking my order was beyond great in customer service skills. She was friendly, cheerful, and thorough about making sure she got my order correctly. She used the “suggestive selling” which is so great for a business. I intentionally asked her name in order to name her in this review. Sondra, thank you!
