“I had been wanting to eat at a real country kitchen food, had been in some but haven’t found one that I satisfied.
Today, I found one: this Granny’s Country Kitchen in Claremont, NC
The ambiance was casual, family oriented, and food was very yummy, service by a young, pretty and efficient Cami, the reasonable prices made an amazing lunch!
I told my husband that I wished this restaurant was in our neighborhood.
Highly recommend to those who travel to this part, it’s a must stop for lunch or dinner, besides a great meal, we support the local as well.“

“Had a great dinner at Linerberger’s Cattle Company last night! We were seated right away, it was a Wednesday night so they weren’t super busy. The salad bar was well stocked and fresh! I had Chicken Parm and he had the Cowboy Steak, both were delicious and hot! I forgot to take pictures before we started eating, but everything was amazing and the staff was friendly.“

“The owners of this place are incredibly polite, patient, and understanding. Back on September 21st of this year, I made a purchase there on a Sunday. I bought a $38–$40 bottle of rye whiskey—which is delicious, by the way—but for some reason it only charged me $1.88. I didn’t notice at the time.

I’ve been in there multiple times since then, and the owners noticed the mistake. They approached me respectfully, never refused me service, and we got everything squared away. I paid the difference that was owed, and even offered to just pay for a full new bottle to make it simple, but the owner politely declined and handled everything with professionalism and kindness.

Later today I’m planning on going back to pick up another bottle, because the whiskey is great and the people are even better. They’re always busy, always respectful, and this is exactly the kind of business our town needs.

“Absolutely DELICIOUS food. I got the adult teriyaki salmon and my 9 year old got the adult teriyaki steak. There wasn’t a single piece of food left on either of our plates. Can’t wait to come back and support these beautiful ladies again 🩷“

The service was amazing, atmosphere is great, food was AMAZING we had gumbo and shrimp with grits which is something that’s usually hit or miss most places, but they nailed it and we will definitely be back.
