“Wife and I moved to North Carolina nearly four years ago. Not long after we discovered Smithfield's. While not a big fast food guy I must admit I'm quite impressed by this chain. For fast food their food quality is quite high, along with quality side selections. Their service is second only to Chick-fil-A's and it's a very close second. Good food value, pleasant and attentive staff, beautiful architecture and the best fast food dining in atmosphere. It's my impression that thier customers are passionate and loyal and help to create a pleasant dining experience. Stop here before any other fast food restaurants if looking to have a quick eat out or carryout. Very family friendly.“

“There's a lady that works here, I believe she's the nicest person I have ever met!!! I had ordered a 4 piece, I got my order and it came with hush puppies. I politely asked that the HP be removed... The "lady" then said, "ok, would you prefer fries"? I was so pleased and I thank her profusely... She just answered and said, I'm doing my job . I was so pleased!!! Oh and the chicken was excellent... Just what I wanted!!!!“

“I took a group of 33 students and adults on a field trip to this restaurant. Ms. Patrick and her staff were amazing! I called to place the order ahead of time. When we arrived, our food was hot and fresh, ready for students to enjoy. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This was the first stop on our field trip, and it was an amazing way to start our week! I highly recommend this amazing restaurant, thanks to Ms. Patrick and her staff!“

“First, the steaks are excellent! Second, MAKE A RESERVATION, the tables are going to be filled and the place is small. Steaks are slow cooked to perfection so be ready to wait but sooo worth it! The salad bar is standard but VERY fresh!!! Wait staff is very friendly!“
