The Other Side Of The Moon Brewery • $$
1475 River Ridge Dr, Clemmons

“I went to Full Moon Oyster Bar for dinner and was pleasantly surprised to find no wait! I ordered the crab dip, calamari, a dozen steamed oysters, shrimp, and crab cake. The crab dip was delicious and came with fresh bread. The oysters were incredibly fresh and tasty. I could share one pound of shrimp with someone and still had leftovers to take home. Calamari had a nice crunchy texture, and it also had a sweet spicy sauce. Overall, I highly recommend Full Moon Oyster Bar for their seafood and drinks. The pina colada was pretty tasty, too. The restaurant is nicely decorated, and in recent years, they added a waiting area with a bar.“

Lesser-Known Beer Company Brewery •
901 S Broad St, Winston-Salem - 8.73 miles

“Lesser Known is one of the most delicious, professionally run breweries I have been to in years. You can tell the entire staff knows what the beer has to offer, they are incredibly knowledgeable, and absolutely have the potential to be one of the best new breweries on the east coast. The dedication and respect to style and tradition is unmatched. Can’t wait to see what they can achieve in the next few years. Will continue to support them and tell any beer enthusiast this is a can’t miss. Quality not quantity.“

Incendiary Brewing & Winery Brewery •
5495 Williams Rd, Lewisville - 8.09 miles

“What I enjoyed most about this Incendiary location was the open space for kids to play. They have a long stretch of sidewalk they allow the use of chalk on, a good size sand box, and wide open space for ball games or bubbles. The location itself is nice, the property is well maintained and spacious. There’s a set up for a band in the middle of the yard. They have many tables to sit at outside, but while the metal tables are all able to have coverings not all of the tables had them. There weren’t too many people when we arrived but all of the seats with coverings were occupied. This makes for a harsh time during the hotter times of year if you plan to have your kids there too. Overall, this is a nice place to have a drink, listen to music, and let the kids play.“

“This is one of my favorite breweries in Winston-Salem. Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing but my favorite has to be Billy, she is super knowledgeable and always on top of everything. Radar Brewing Company Brewery • $

“I've been a fan of Radar since they first opened, and am happy to see them continually evolve. Just stopped by and was extremely impressed with their Paradise Chai Porter - delicious and original! Their Meridian Mexican Lager with Lime was also very good and shows the diversity of their offerings. The Industry Hill neighborhood is great and Radar is a true anchor there.“

Hoots Beer Co. Brewery • $
840 Mill Works St, Winston-Salem - 8.92 miles

“What do you call a brewery taproom that's long on style, has a downturn chill vibe, a super cool bartender, delicious beers, Yugioh ok the Telly and smooth R&B and Hip Hop keeping it real? I call it Hoots Taphouse. And the real question is...why aren't you here right now enjoying a beer like you know you should? A kaleidoscope like this is meant to be enjoyed! Get down here!!“

Joymongers Barrel Hall Brewery • $
480 W End Blvd, Winston-Salem - 8.73 miles

“Really great brewery with indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs are allowed inside the taproom, which I really appreciate since the winter is otherwise a hard time to visit breweries with pups. While their beers might not be the "best" in Winston, they offer a wide variety of beers and they are tasty! The bartender was great and you can order food from the restaurant next door, which makes it really easy to sit and chill for a while. We will definitely visit here again!“

“The perfect batch burger.... Just like the name, it was a perfect burger! What a surprise and I am not sure why I waited this long to try that place. The place is right in downtown area (5th street). Well known place for Liverpool fan but really they have the best burger in Winston Salem! Big plus for me is that they offer sweet potato fries as a side and it came fresh and super hot (not like other places would give you cold and sad sweet potato fries).“

“My wife and I went to BJ’s for the clam chowder in a bread bowl and it didnt disappoint. Our server, Skylar, was as awesome as the clam chowder. She suggested a wine slushee for my wife which was great. Business was slow and we got to chat with her a little bit. She was friendly, enthusiastic and knew her menu. Thanks for a great meal Skylar!!!“
