“We came in and checked in with hostess..recieved a beeper to be notified when our table would be ready. 4 couples came in behind us...40 min wait...ok no problem. Next thing I see is 4 people come in and see someone they know. They grab chairs from other tables and cram around a 2 top. 6 people on a 2 top. Then a table opens next to them so they take that table over. I asked hostess to handle it. She couldn't so I asked for a manager...BOB...what a joke. He says their friends came in so they were going to do whatever they wanted because I was apparently rude to his hostes. He's not much of a manager if he allows anyone to come in and TAKE A TABLE while 4 other couples that have been waiting 35 min for a table. I'll be in touch with Stephen...aka..the managing partner about BOB and his lack of everything. Hes pathetic. Will never return.“

“First visit to this Applebee's in Clemmons, North Carolina. When I came to this Applebee's on a Wednesday evening, it was not busy, but it was very clearly understaffed. It took five minutes for someone to come seat me, then it took 5-10 minutes for someone to come to my table. It took 30 minutes for food to come, and I could tell that the waitress (who was super lovely), was struggling to keep up. That's where the negatives really end I think, if they were well staffed, the wait wouldn't be so long. What could've been less than an hour long visit for a single eater turned into a nearly two hour affair.

On the flip side, the food was very good and was tasty. I was super glad it tasted great because my opinion would've been much more negative. Waitress, super lovely, food, very nice, place, clean and well presented, but the wait...for everything, was a little much. If I am in the area again, I will come again because the food, and my waitress, was that nice!“

Best bartender right thereDefinitely give the place a chance. As a new resident in NC I can say that's one bar that will be in my back pocket for as long as I am here.“

“Bailey was our server. If you want a kind, welcoming, individual who is great at her job, she is your gal. She made our experience welcoming and was professional and thoughtful. We look forward to this dining experience again, soon!!! We will ask for Bailey again and so should you. For sure!!!
Now the Totchos (spelling???) were very flavorful. We also had the Buffalo Chicken pizza & each tried a speciality drink and beer. Top notch food and great atmosphere. Too bad we didn’t have time to stay amd listen to the band that was setting up at the outside venue.“

“Made this great place a halfway spot to meet a long distance friend. I absolutely enjoyed this chilled spot. Erin (our bartender) was welcoming, engaging, friendly and very personable with the regular patriots. Unfortunately, they only had pizza that was unavailable at the moment. BUT, Erin and other guest were very generous to offer other restaurant choices that we were allow to eat at S>. Looking forward to taking another overnight trip there in the near future. “Dawn is flatly a delight! She has a community and a style of hosting that is a perfect compliment to any karaoke crowd.

Her patter is on point but she keeps it moving. She takes time with individuals and cheers people on. She's funny and dry when it calls for it. She knows her crowd and how to work it.

From one host to another that's a rare combination to find in a person and she has all the ingredients of a great host and the experience to back it the hell up.

I have a great deal of professional respect for Dawn but she's also just a solid human. Can't teach that!

“I ordered a Ceasar salad with shrimp and dry rub 10 piece fried chicken wings with ranch and bleu cheese sauce. Everything was delicious. The shrimp were a nice size and the right amount for the size of the salad. The salad was dressed perfectly. The croutons were bite size and not those giant rock hard ones you usually see that you need a steak knife to cut through!“

“My family and I stopped in during the worst weather conditions and were greeted by the manager on duty who was alone only accompanied by the chef on duty due to call outs from the snow storm. Josh gave stellar service along with every other family who came through those doors. Thank you again for the great food and customer service you provided.“

“We took our summer camp group to D&B yesterday for an afternoon of fun. We have 10 kids ages 7-12 and they had a blast! Luis was amazing, helping the kids get their play cards and supervising the game area to make sure it was safe and clean throughout the time we were there. All the employees were aware of their patrons and helpful from the time we arrived. We ordered wings and chicken strips while there and they were really good. We will definitely go back whether it’s with our own families or a group of kids! D&B got a 10/10 from this group!“
